very clean & modern, great location on the river & by car it was very easy to travel to Euro Disney & Central Paris. 10-20 mins (traffic dependant). The beds are incredibly comfortable (family of 4 stayed for 3 nights, x rooms). Facilitates very good. Good shower & plenty of room in the bathroom to get ready for the evening. quiet surroundings, enabling a good nights sleep. helpful & friendly reception colleagues, one of my children felt unwell and they supported to find a pharmacy over the new year period. overall I was delighted with the facilities & location. we plan to return in the summer to make use of the outdoor pool & summer vibe on the river.

miss communication about the car park. I paid for parking x3 nights but it is not an allocated parking space - it’s a first come, first served basis. we were advised & found parking directly next to the hotel for free anyway so it wasn’t a problem at all, plus I was instantly refunded the cost of the parking. it’s more if you pay for parking it would be better to allocate a space or advise non available but where to park for free to avoid the above miss communication.

The staff was very professional and sympathetic. The room was great and cumfortable. I liked the shower with its cascade feeling. And finally it is close to the Marne.

The one improvement point I am thinking about would be the pillows which were too big but that is a very personal issue. Other than that it's a perfect. Thank you!

Excellent location and beautiful neighbourhood in the suburbs of Paris. The hotel combines the elegance of 90s with the style of modern times. It features a beautiful view of an open swimming pool and provides excellent services.

This property really surprised us and we didn’t want our time to end. The bed was so comfortable. The room was so clean as well as the rest of the hotel. All of the staff were very welcoming. There is a wonderful walk along the river that you can do, there is a playpark and ice cream too, so our dog and girls were all very happy.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like!

This hotel met our expectation in terms of location, standard and price as well as a protected parking space. The hotel has been renovated with good taste with I thought a Scandinavian touch. Very functional and clean with good and useful soundproofing.

The room size was a little tight.

the water from the shower was basically splashing all over the bathroom. The location is a bit far from the RER station, around 20 minutes walking with some hills haha, but nothing we couldn’t manage.

Staff were very helpful and friendly, resolving any issues immediately. Breakfast selection was very good.

Very nice and clean place. The area around looks safe. It takes 15-20 minutes to railway station by walking. We liked this hotel.
