Location is good with connection back on to the motorway. Size of the room was decent for budget hotel. Bed was firm, which is not a problem for me. Requested extra pillows for my back and hip problems, which I got.

Bad smell as soon as we walked into the room but was sorted after we opened the window. Bathroom was really small, could do with a good deep clean. Shower curtain was clean but I think they should regularly change them. Shower pressure quite low. Pillows were really soft and not comfortable at all!

This was our first 2-star hotel in Europe. We desperately needed to rent at least something for our budget, and B&B Hotel in Frouard has met our requirements. We traveled with small children and needed to rest until morning to continue our trip. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room and bathroom were small but clean and warm (especially compared to the next hotel in Munich). The hotel also features vending machine and microwave oven in the lobby. This was very convenient because we could warm meals for our baby at any time.

The only downside is that the hotel doesn't have a 24-hour reception desk. It offers a registration kiosk outside the building. Unfortunately, it was obsolete and supported neither contactless payment nor our cards. So we stuck for a while until we found a stranger that helped us complete the check-in using his credit card in exchange for cash.

Great bathroom, especially witch children. Good water pressure, large shower head and 2 level high fitting of the shower head on the wall (one for kids and one for adults). Highly recommended.

We love Newton, the cat at the reception, kids remember him every time we stop here for the night, before continuing our trip. Staff is really nice and the system is really easy and convenient, no matter when you arrive. Free parking also appreciated and even if we did not use it I like the idea of late check out (12) There are restaurants, shops and bakery around the corner and if there is time to visit Nancy is super close and nice city. We like that the family room, despite the small size, has 2 areas, so kids can go early to bed and parents can enjoy a bit of TV without disturbing much. We will repeat again for sure. Thanks

Check-in and check-out were very convenient since we arrived late and left early in the next morning. The room is quite spacious and very well adapted for the family.

The room was not completely clean, and although the facilities are practical, they are not very welcoming.

Nice place, get what you see on the pictures. Quite clean. Firm mattresses and good sheets+pillow. Nice shower head.

Slow Aircon/noisy. Stairs in the room were harder then the bed, when I fell off them with my sleepy head in a rush to a crying child downstairs.

Considering the price, it is a very good choice when travelling. The space in the room is really optimised and provides great comfort.

I It wasn't clear to me that the "reservation number" to open the main gate and enter with the car (we arrived late in the night) is provided after checking in (and paying) at the machine, it is not the booking or the associated PIN

This is a great hotel to stay overnight when travelling through France. Good location close to the highway, lots of shops nearby including Mc Donalds, Burger King & Lidl. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but the highlight of this chain for me is the breakfast which is really good specially for the price!
