The room was adequate for our needs, and once we were able to get a room with air conditioning, it the worked properly. A reasonably close walk to the downtown core and old town square (a must-see).

The first room we were given did not have air conditioning and the reception tried to convince us to take the room as they provided a fan, even though we specifically requested air conditioning. Parking is a bit challenging. The nearest lot is about 3 blocks away, but it's difficult to drive to with all the one-way streets and blocked turns. Our GPS didn't know about all the road inconsistencies, so be careful where you drive.

The location was great, not far from the train station and shopping. We are accustomed to having small beds in hotels in France. They were not large, but certainly better than some of the other hotels in the country. Beer at the bar tasted great, and was cold.

I had no problem with the noise, but my partner did. Then again, she doesn't realize that it is expected in a high traffic area, and one not far from the train station. Noise factor not substantially different than the previous hotel, which was in a similar area. No refrigerator. That would be a major "selling point" for me. We do need to bring up water/juice, etc.....plus sometimes we have leftovers from restaurants. It would be great for Booking to list "refrigerator" on amenities filters, across the board. It is one of the most important features for me.

The gentleman at the desk during check in was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable. The location was within walking distance of the train station. We had a wonderful stay!

The bed was a little firm for my taste but after almost ni sleep on the plane the night before, I could have slept anywhere.

The location was very convenient. In the city centre and close to parking. We had the pleasure to witness a lichtshow, in the city center. Breakfast was really good, very well taken care off.

Offloading of luggage was a little difficult, due not able to park at the front of the Hotel

Nice clean hôtel with elegant outlook and indoor (especially a bar/restaurant downstairs giving out a warm ambiance). Great location (close to train and bus stations, the old town, and city center). Gentle staff. Comfortable room with a good view of the city and distant mountains.

room was clean itself. bed was comfy. there were an extra pillow with a different softness which i liked. location is near to gare which makes your travel easier. the bar which located at the lobby was great!

there were some spots on the floor which the color was removed from the cleaning substances! it didnt look good! our shower handle didn’t get fix and kept felling down!

Most staff were very friendly, perfect location, smokers area, i wish i couldve tried the bar but something came in between and one night is hard to try out all the facilities

Receptionist could be friendlier, but did his job fine.

The staff were amazing. They were so friendly and made me feel so comfortable as a solo female traveller. Breakfast was great with both hot and cold food items. The hotel was super clean. I can't recommend this hotel enough, it was amazing!

Excellent location, close to centre and railway station. Hotel room very clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful. Excellent value for money. Perfect for a short stay.

Room a little too warm and no tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Good localization, friendly staff, you can keep your luggage in a storage room after checking out, clean and tidy rooms, air conditioning worked well. In general, a good place to stay for several days. Close to the main railway station.

Poor breakfast which in my opinion is overpriced.
