The warm welcome, the spacious room, the bicycle storage facility, the extensive breakfast. As so often in France, the hotel breakfast is a very good deal and this one in particular had fabulous croissants. Our host was especially welcoming and helpful and we enjoyed a good chat with him after breakfast.

Nothing, it suited our needs perfectly. Better still because I had done a little bit of research and knew the way in through the rear car park, which made storing the bikes much simpler.

The receptionist was watching for our car from the front door to direct us to the parking as the local market was open the next morning. He was very helpful and spoke excellent English. The whole hotel had been renovated recently and was spotless. All the facilities were very clean and good, the bed and shower were great. The room was large, comfortable and well furnished. Breakfast was good and more than enough. Hotel is on the main square with restaurants very close. There was no problem with noise despite this.

The staff member on duty whilst we were there was absolutely fabulously helpful. We were cycling and the secure room for cycle storage was perfect for our needs.

The bath really could have a shower curtain for using whilst showering in the bath. Would have been nice to have a coffee making facility in the room or in the lobby.

Great location in the centre of town, parking at the rear of the hotel. Room was quiet which was great, didn’t hear any outside noise.

No food option available, would have been great to have had breakfast.

The room was very comfortable and the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel was bike friendly and have a lockable room for bikes which was great. I would definitely stay here again.

It is not the hotel's fault, but it was very disappointing that there was essentially nothing to eat in Gournay on a Sunday evenign except for fast food and pizza. Noise from the street - a teenager on a noisy motorbike in the small hours.

Our receptionist was extremely helpful, and even came to our room late at night to tell us we had left the interior light on in our car - a life-saver!

We stayed one night it was very clean, recently tastefully refurbished, very close to avenue verte bike route, good cycle storage in locked room, good buffet breakfast, and attentive staff.

We met the Swiss Army knife of a staff member. He is a fantastic host very caring. Meeting him was a joy. Location is great for cyclists as it’s in the town centre with plenty of shops and cafes for supplies. Bike storage Comfortable room.
