The location is great (2 min walk to the St Louis train station - with very good connections to Basel/Colmar/ Strasbourg and 10 min by bus to the airport), the staff is very nice and helpful ( it seems a small family business and they really care about their guests). They offer breakfast, the rooms are clean and very well heated ( it is quite cold outside this time of the year)! We enjoyed our stay there! The hotel is a very good choice if you are there to visit Alsace!

There is not a negative thing to say about our stay...they offer what you see in the pictures so that you can be sure what to expect when you book, but they make your stay really pleasant!

Damien, the manager (and the other reception staff) helped us in all the ways he could and we needed: plug in adaptor, change the day of the bokong due to objective reasons (flight cancelled), stored luggage extra few hours, issued invoice and receipt, offered info and was also very warm and open when welcoming us.

The reception is closed between 11 and 14-15 as guests leave before 11 and check in after 15, and this info is not presented in the description. We did not expect this, although it is a reasonable business rule, and we lost 3 hours attempting to leave the luggage a bit in advance there. We had to carry it with us while visiting Berna, and we'd have planned better our anyway limited time, if we knew the reception is closed

Lovely small hotel. We had a lovely welcome from a kind man who made me a very needed cup of tea, after a stressful journey! We also hadn’t realised this hotel was in France as we were holidaying in Switzerland but needed an airport hotel! We didn’t have the right plug but we were loaned one for the night. Lovely clean rooms and a good breakfast in the morning. Thank you

Well located close to the train station, clean room, quick check-in/check-out, nothing fancy but nothing to complain. It's also decently priced compared to accommodations in touristic cities around

Because the room was small, it was getting very hot during the night, but sleeping with the window open is not ideal when facing the street, especially at the ground floor.

The location of the hotel is really good because its close to the shuttle bus which takes you to the EuroAirport of Basel. In the room, you have everything you need. Regarding the surroundings, I can't tell much since we arrived quite late and woke up early the next day. But since Basel is close and the hotel is really close to the train station you also can go to Basel within a short time.

The ventilator was kinda loud even on the lightest mode. But I guess better than nothing, especially during those hot summer days!

The receptionist has been SUPER helpful: thanks again. Arriving very late after a cancelled flight, he helped finding foods, being able to properly advice as well. Organised as well a shared :-) taxi to the airport at 5:30.

It was in the village (which is good) but I was looking for something really close to the airport and it was not. Equally, no lift which would have been a help for me on this particular day. The room was a bit cold and the TV screen is a bit small.

We had to book a room at short notice, as we had a flight cancelled and had to wait until the next day to fly from BSL. The hotel served its purpose perfectly: clean, quiet, very close to the train station, and reasonably priced. Staff was keen to help us with our travel arrangements.

Nothing really. We wish we'd been able to have an earlier breakfast (though we left very early to be fair).

We made a last minute booking due to our flight being cancelled and had to make a mad dash to Basel to catch a flight at 7am the next day. The location of the hotel was perfect for the airport and we were able to have a wonderful evening meal in one of the nearby restaurants. The best thing about the visit was the warm welcome from the hosts who did everything possible to assist in booking the restaurant and the 5am taxi for the next morning.

There was nothing to dislike

It was cheap, there’s a free parking, you can visit Basel by e-bike from there. The quality of the mattress was good. Breakfast was good, too.

The room was rather small and the bathroom is rather old - but it was clean. It’s perfect for a cheap stay.

This is a great place to stay, especially if you want to stay close to Basel airport. The staff were very helpful. We had bicycles which were were able to store in the secure car garage. The room and en suite was extremely clean and tidy. I'd definitely recommend staying here.

The neighbourhood looked a bit rundown. The hotel was a pleasant surprise!
