- the hotel is new (opened 2023) and clean - good breakfast - confortable bed - nice staff - free Basel card included for transportation around the city - bus station nearby - iron and table - free city map from the receptionist during check-in and she also gave us very useful details regarding how to get to the city center and back to the hotel

- the windows are not opening, but the air conditioning works great - a fridge in the room would be a great addition

hotel was brand new and very clean. bed was very comfortable. the price for the parking at the hotel was very reasonable. the city day ticket free of charge was very practical as the hotel is a bit far from the center. but there is a bus stop near by and it takes about 30 minutes on the bus to the old town.

breakfast was decent but could improve some warm options would be great. the location was a bit far from the attractions. the AC didn’t really cool down the room. we didn’t expect not to have a mini fridge in the room.

The bed is very comfortable , very large room which is quite rare, the airport is close to the airport and it is not too far from the centre of Basel. I liked the breakfast which has a good variety. the staff were very welcoming. don't forget to ask for your free public transportation pass , the receptionist helped us with that.

cash payment is only in local currency , they didn't accept euros, so we had to pay using visa cards. the hotel secured parking has extra charges but it is not a big deal because there are a free parking slots close to the hotel.

New (or renovated?) hotel a little outside the center with cheap parking compared to other hotels in Basel. There’s a new car garage being build right behind the hotel, just thought the entrance to the garage was very narrow (not sure why they would build it like that, there’s tons of space?). Comfortable rooms with basic modern interior. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and there’s coffee machines were you can grab coffee and tea to go. Price/quality was great, it’s hard if not impossible to find cheaper hotels in Basel with this quality. Especially if you add parking price. Would recommend!

Only thing I would add to the rooms is a small fridge.

Our room was very nice and clean and the staff at the bar and the reception were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice, especially considering that it was included in the price. Parking was cheap (12CHF/day) considering that in other options near the city center you have to pay ~30CHF/day

A bit away from the city center; around 10 minutes by car. Might be inconvenient with the public transport, even though there is a bus stop nearby. The breakfast area might become too crowded some days. Bar closes at 11pm.

New and clean but it seemed like the parking was a problem. I would stay here again but, I would make them get this parking issue straightened out.

I had to walk a long way from the parking to a door I could enter the hotel. Not the door right in front of where the parking is. When I checked out couldn't return to my car. I was told I had to walk even further to where the cars enter.

Wonderful brand new hotel. Stunningly clean. Nuce minimalistic Scandinavian design. Spacious rooms, great pillows and bed linen. Free coffee and tea all day long, electric kettle in the room. nothing to add, besides all the comfort there are two buds stations 2 min away. you are in the city centre in 7 min by bus. All the travellers get free public transport ticket for the duration of their stay.

Comfortable beds and clean room. Good breakfast with cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, cereals, pastries; various foods to choose from.

The bus that stops just in front of the building doesn’t run very late in the evening, but there is another bus stop just 7-8 minutes away in which the bus stops even after midnight.

- A new building, everything is very clean, designed in a beautiful way - At the reception, we were given a Basel Pass, which was nice to have, as it lets you benefit from some other city transportation offers & museums.

- At the reception, I was overcharged for city tax, which was acknowledged when we were checking out, however, it looks like that refund was not processed after all;

We needed a room that would cater for disabled needs (such as wheelchair accessibility and shower seat) and our room did this perfectly. You do need to indicate that this is what you need. Good location, cleanliness, wheelchair accessibility in room & shower, good breakfast choice and friendly staff.

Parking/garage is a bit “far” if you have heavy/many bags.
