The room was large and the beds were pretty comfy, it was also pretty quiet and we had a sofa and a minibar which made a nice change. We also really liked that the hotel was located directly between the two borders with Switzerland and France and was a very short walking distance away from the Baden in Blut metal festival we travelled specifically to attend.

The rooms we (myself and my partner had a double, our friends had a twin room) got were both hotter than the surface of the sun. Not a huge deal but we did pretty much just have to sleep with the fans on full blast to avoid overheating. It's not a big deal as each room had multiple tower fans in them but it's worth mentioning there was no air conditioning or anything like that but this is a really minor issue and didn't really impact our enjoyment of our time there.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The room has a safety deposit box. The breakfast is great with big choice of hot and cold food. The hotel is situated on top of a mall, close to the river. Free parking at the garage of the mall.

It is not easy to find the hotel. You need to enter the garage of the mall and park on 6th floor, then go down and go to mall and take elevator there. By the time we new what to do, there were cars honking behind us. The hotel doesn't have an EV charger. There is a separate entry to the rooms. It seems like everyone can enter the hallways to the rooms.

The staff are flexible. I did not realize there was no AC and with the hot weather it was a struggle for the first 2 nights. The staff accomodated us into the AC room the 3rd day/night (they did not have the AC rooms available the first 2 nights). The AC rooms are much more spacious. The hotel is very clean.

The stuff was super friendly and helpful. Huge supermarket in the same building. Train to the center of Basel. Nice around parks and river side for walking.

The shower changing the temperature all time from regular to hot water. It’s a problem especially if you traveling with kinds. The kitchen hood was clogged so all smells from food fills inside.

hotel name isn’t written anywhere near the entrance to lift. Reception is on 6th Floor, but Hotel Name and Guidance to Lift or Entrance is missing there are 2 similar station names when you are travelling thru Tram - hotel listing should caution guests about it so they don’t face any problem in reaching

perfect location next to border to Switzerland. Located in a shopping Mall. Free car parking on Level 6 - habit of a hassle to get to the Hotel itself, cause from the parking elevator you need to go down to grand floor of the shopping mall, walk through the other side of the mall to get to the elevator Friendly Staff at reception & restaurant/ bar. Bathroom could need some more amenities. Got a room up grade - so many thanks for that.

I honestly appreciated the available space within the room. It was extremely soothing and the presence of outstanding equipments (pleasant bathroom, giant TV screen) made the overall journey truly satisfactory.

Nonetheless, I didn't pay for kitchen facilities and ended up with them anyway. That was quite unexpected but a bit useless to be precise. Moreover, the way to the parking lot wasn't very clear...a little bit hit-or-miss...that would deserve an upgrade !

the location is good with only 15 mins drive from Basel. the hotel is located in a shopping mall with dm and a huge supermarket and restaurants (fast-food). parking is free at 6&7 floor. breakfast is good with various choices.

we got a room with smoking smell, and our pré-booked baby bed is not at room when we entered. no phone in the room. the front desk compensate us with free breakfast. the elevator to hotel located in a dark and small area aside the shopping mall. it looks not that comfortable but no major problem.

Top location is top, just keep in mind the hotel is located inside a big and busy shopping mall and it takes quite a walk from the parking garage to the lobby and then again to the rooms. Otherwise we were happy to stay there. We had dinner in Basel, slept in Germany and had breakfast in France. Welcome to the trijunction hotel! :)

Clean and Spacious room. Free parking. Right next to the hotel there is a large supermarket and many small cafes. Nice place to walk on the bridge. We can only recommend.

There was no kitchen in our room. But on photo we saw it.
