Nice option if you plan to stay longer as these mini apartments have cooking essentials. Very Strategic location as it's at the train station, and close to tram connections. Staff was nice and even solved issues at 2 in the morning. Room was nice, clean, comfortable

The building could use some renovation. Carpets and hallways showed signs of time, stains, etc Breakfast good for my taste, but not much variety. I don't have dietary restrictions but few more options would be nice. Although in Strategic position, the access is in not such nice corner. Not the property fault of course, hopefully it can be arranged with neighbourhood to give more spark to the area.

Very central and price for money is definitely worth it. The sofa bed was already with bed sheets when we opened it, which made it very easy for us when we arrived late after dinner. Very central but still protected by any noise. The staff was very helpful, and they offered us some bottled water for free when we arrived. We stayed one night, we could move by foot around the city.

There is no airco (which we knew in advance) but the when opening the window in the bedroom to get some air, it will open literally on the bed. So if you wanted to lay down, you had to keep the window closed as it didn't have the "tilt and turn" option to get ventilation. The carpet on the ground floor in front of the lifts was in horrible conditions (dirty with black stains etc).

The property was in very close to the metro station and is very convenient to travel to any part of Paris. There was a mall just next door and a few good places to eat as well. The room is large enough and easily accommodates 3 people. The bathroom was clean and we didn't have anything to complain.

The staff needs to be a bit attentive, the WIFI wasn't working for most of our stay and when we complained none took it seriously. No assurance that the internet will be working, finally we just gave up on the internet at the place.

The first room we were assigned was cozy and warm but awkwardly laid out for our family of four. I inquired if there was a different room we might consider instead and that room was wonderfully laid out. Loved the kitchen: stocked with quality cookware, a good cooktop,big sink and we loved having the dishwasher. Quality appliances. We were in room 505 and the view out the large windows was beautiful and even, in the morning, stunning with the clouds around the snow-capped mountains above the rooftops. The bathroom was very large as was the master bed. Loved those things. The location is super close to lots of transportation options: train, bus, bikes for rent and scooters for rent as well. Tons of options for take out or delivery. We ordered Indian food via delivery. Quick delivery and delicious food. Starbucks is an easy three minutes away. Parking was free on the streets surrounding the hotel but we were patient enough to drive around until a spot opened up as well.

The carpets are so stained. If they replaced the carpeting it would be a huge visual improvement. The windowsill in the living room was badly water damaged and swollen in multiple places. The cold December air leaked in from outside. That said, the room was still mostly comfortable and warm. Would have enjoyed parking to be available but was ok. Really don't like the dark alley entrance. We almost cancelled the reservation after driving up in the cold night. The neighborhood immediately surrounding the entrance is pretty ugly: alleys, pavement and lots of graffiti. Likewise, the hallways are dark and the carpeting is ugly and worn. But the room was quiet and spacious.

The room was bigger than expected and more modern looking than the example in the photos. The reception staff were helpful in allowing us to add an extra day to our stay when we arrived. The sauna was always available for us to use, although both times we used it in the evening and had expected it would already be on, so had to wait for it to heat up.

The double bed we booked turned out to be 2 single beds attached (which seems to be quite common practice).

Great experience in general. Very friendly and helpful staff. They also care about the health safety measures (regardgin the pandemic). Good breakfasts. I was also lucky to get a room on high floor with amazin view of the Alps (photo included below). The room itself was very spacious.

Almost everything was fine. If I was to point one thing, the room was a bit dusty - it definitely was cleaned, it's just it was probably some time before I arrived,

Very good for a long stay. Room kitchen is well prepared and convenient. Room is wide and clean.

Water does not come out well in a washroom. （Kitchen and Bath are OK).

A good hotel for the price, providing the enough for a pleasant stay. The location is not central, but at about twenty minutes walking to the center. It has car parking near and is very near the train/Bus station.
