Location is perfect, just outside train station, room is clean and there are lift provided. Actually I am quite happy with everything provided except the one that I wrote in the 'dislike' section

The reception called us and said that the toilet is very dirty and trying to charge our card (luckily it is denied) without informing, we are sure that we leave the house clean. Luckily they didn't attempt to try it again. Be sure to take a photo before you leave to have a proof.

Welcome at reception - very spacious apartment with air conditioning - vital in the heatwave. Large comfortable bed & good facilities. Light, airy and clean. Ability to leave our baggage at reception before and after checking in. Excellent location for the railway station and shuttle service to Lyon and Grenoble airports.

Not a real problem but we thought that the bathroom was large enough for a freestanding shower instead of the arrangement over the bath. Also a small bistro type table could have been included. Only windows were high up so not conducive to enjoying the view. Overall though we were very satisfied with the room.

Hotel is very close to the train station, I liked the location and the equipment in the room. Selection of the breakfast was limited but not terrible by any means.

The only downside was that my room was only cleaned one during 10 days of my stay.

Very well located, just opposite to the train station and within walking distance from the centre and the Saint Bruno quarter, which I found quite nice. The bed was very comfortable. Hotel staff were really helpful and kind. Great views of the mountains from my room.

The cooking space is very small. I suppose this is not relevant for a short stay, but if you're planning to cook keep it in mind.

Very good location opposite the train station. Air conditioning. Large room. Kitchen facilities.

A flight of 10 or so steps to get to the reception. Not convenient when travelling with large suitcases (once at reception there was an elevator). The bed was a little small.

Great welcome from the receptionist - light well-decorated room with excellent facilities - air con. fantastic in the heatwave. Hotel location ideal as by the Gare Routier. Excellent double glazing ensured the room was quiet.

Room very spacious even for family of 4. Different storage places, nice kitchenet and great location. You can sit all day in front of the window looking to the mountain view.

Location of the hotel was great as it's less than 5 minute walk from the Grenoble train station. The room was nice, clean and quiet. Room and bathroom all have new and updated look. Great value for staying at this hotel.

Amazing location, directly across from the train station. Friendly & helpful staff that can also assist in English. Very clean, quiet, and secure with comfy beds, strong wifi, and great water pressure. Basic amenities provided to self cater. Excellent value in the heart of the city, you can walk anywhere from here.

A desk area would make the rooms complete. The kitchen counter area is too tiny for working.

Grenoble is a transfer city. The hotel location was the best. Located just across the street of the the main bus and train station made it very easy with the heavy luggage we were carrying. The room was perfect for the 4. It was just 5 min walk from restaurants. The room was clean. The stuff english was not good. Most of the people in the city speak only French.
