The location, staff and layout are all excellent. On both check in and check out the staff were friendly, helpful and their excellent English more than made up for my terrible attempt at French. There was ample parking, it's easy to find and there's lots of shops and places to eat nearby.

The rooms are incredibly small, you can see it from the pictures but you really do just get what you see. It's perfectly functional, fine and very clean so I'm not at all saying it's a negative but the rooms are more like pods than a traditional room. For the money and with the excellent service and location as long as you know what you are getting we were more than happy. The ONLY issue we had is the air conditioning in both the rooms we had didn't work at all, it made noise but nothing came out and even on a late October evening the rooms were very hot with 3 people in there. Give them working air con and everything would be no issue.

Highlights - beds were exceptionally comfortable, room temperature was perfect, shower was hot and decent, shared balcony was a lovely touch when enjoying an espresso in the morning sun. Brilliant location - very quiet for a restful nights sleep and close to the train station to Disney. Excellent value for money - the comfortable beds were a highlight.

A mirror above the desk would have been useful in the shared rooms but not essential as there is one in the ensuite bathroom. More towels would have been useful although reception were happy to provide more.

Price to value is great. Outside low emission zone so safe to drive there for tourists. Many parking spots. 8 minutes walk to RER station. Easy to go to Disneyland Paris and Paris city centre.

The size of the room is too small for 2 adults and 1 child.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Location next to a larger hotel which gave more dining options and fun places to hang out. I appreciated the closeness to Disneyland Paris but not the walk up the hill from the train.

The rooms had a bit of an aged cigarette smell to them and the bathroom shower was very small so the curtain kept getting in the way.

10 minute walk from Torcy station, which is a short journey to Disneyland. Comfy bed and memory foam pillows. Good shower pressure. Everything I needed for my short stay, I woke up very happy after a great sleep. My flight was delayed by 1hr30, so I did not arrive until 00.30, but thankfully someone was able to check me in even though it was after check-in time.

I tried to call about my delay but no answer. Breakfast is just bread, croissant, cereal and jam.

The area is very nice and clean, short distance to the RER station and easy to get to Paris or/ and Disneyland. We stayed at the triple room, was big enough for 2 adults and 1 child, comfortable bed and overall what you need for a good night sleep.

Great value for money, fantastic location for Disney without the Disney prices. Close to a big shopping centre, hyper market and petrol garage. Not far from the centre of Paris (30mins) we visited both the city and Disney. Free parking. Towels provided. Quiet location.

Only french breakfast, only bread, croassants and sweets. There was no sight of any meat, at all.
