The hotel is excellent value for money, you get a lot for the low price you pay. The hotel is reasonably clean, well maintained and nicely decorated for Christmas and has free parking. Staff were friendly, helpful and very attentive. Breakfast was a continental buffet which was nice, and great value for money. There's a small communal area with children's toys, vending machines and a machine to order food to your room.

Our bathroom had a very unpleasant smell which we couldn't get rid of and we couldn't work out what was causing the smell. We also noticed a few stains on the walls. The beds were pretty uncomfortable, and there was also no storage in the room, so we couldn't unpack our case

Location and staff are excellent

Very simple and basic but great value for money and 20 mins from Disneyland. Taxi charged us around 15 euros one side from hotel to Disneyland. Also near to Charles de Gaule airport taxi charged us around 35 euros. We watched last show of 1130 pm at Disney then took taxi at night to come back it’s a nice hotel. Breakfast buffet is also nice and cheap however if u r going to Disneyland u can eat at Disney village Starbucks will be same. Actually one can take bus and other public transport as well.

The staff were very accommodating, very polite and helpful. There was an issue with hot water, and we were provided with options (which we liked) and were treated nicely and respectfully. The room was clean, very basic but we did not need anything else. We enjoyed it, quite close to supermarket and other shops. Just over 15 mins drive to Disneyland ( we used Uber). I will definitely return. Breakfast was again basic, but very enjoyable. Very nice coffee and croissants

Amazing place for staying with kids(3) great value for money, small playing room for little ones, nice breakfast, friendly staff that always smile, clean rooms -serviced every day ,very comfortable beds , bunk beds that my children loved! very closed to the train station and Disneyland! Definitely worth money

Ideal location, clean and modern hotel and rooms. Staff were superb, all very friendly, helpful and all speak English. We used this for an overnight stay before going to DLP. It's really close to Chessy so was an ideal location. As per other reviews, the rooms are small but we had more than enough space in the twin and double rooms we had booked. The games area in reception was a nice touch and there is a tablet where you can order local takeaway from. We used the McD's along the road which had order screens at the entrance which took the stress out of not knowing much French. We left our sons favorite Teddy bear in the room when we left without realising and the hotel phoned to say they had found it and we picked it up on the return journey.

It really feels like a cozy house. When you enter the hotel, you see dining tables and board games. No elevator, but the hall on the way to my room on the next building was so homey. Enough parking spot for everyone. Simple but good choices for breakfast. Vending machine for snacks and hot beverages. Noise level is so minimal. Close to bus stop and Disneyland. But the best of all is the machine where you can order food and delivered to you room!! There are 3 options: Chinese, Indian or Italian food. I chose Chinese food and it was delicious. Unexpectedly delicious.

Everything was nice and clean. The staff were helpful and there were some games and things that the children could play with, plus vending machines and pizza and drinks available from the reception. The hotel was in nice surroundings with well kept garden areas.

Person at the reception was very helpful . He answered to all my questions and has given directions for the nearby restaurants. very friendly person....during my stay it was drizzling and he said he can drive me to the restaurant if needed.

Great hotel very clean lovely staff especially the cleaners, so friendly, had security gates on entrance, felt very safe leaving car. We arrived gone 1am from leaving disney, checked in immediately with a real person, i asked if our 2 rooms could be near each other and they were next door to each other, fantastic accommodation for the very cheap price would use again.
