Our stay in the hotel was excellent. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and helpful. After a long day in Disney my family and I returned to Torcy via train late at night only to find out that the bus service had been cancelled at short notice. We could not get a taxi back to the hotel. I phoned the hotel and explained our situation. The staff member gave us a mobile number to call and the taxi arrived within 5 minutes to collect us and transport us back to hotel. Very relieved and stress free. Many thanks

Premiere classe hotels are great for an overnight stay. They are basic with no frills and you get what you pay for. Value for money. Rooms are adequate. Although small the beds are surprisingly comfortable. A second pillow was provided when asked for. The hotel is just 10 minutes away from the Disney parks. So an affordable trip

The rooms are small as is the bathroom. It was a very hot night with no air conditioning or fan. It was noisy with the window open

We stayed during the Olympics, whilst our friends stayed in airbnb nearby, they paid nearly 10 times the price we did! Very practical hotel, with very helpful staff.

The shower could have been slightly bigger, but for the price I have little to complain about, great value

Everything was perfect. Very good location, easy check in /out procedure, very cozy and beautiful apartment, there are everything what you need. We met Christmas tree and decoration in our room, it was so lovely

Only one recommendation- please make water in bathroom more warmer, especially in winter time

Clean and tidy at a very good price, breakfast included which was great. 20 minutes from Disneyland, we booked this after our last day there, checking in around midnight which was no issue. Secure parking with a barrier.

Nothing, it was great for the price

Beds were very comfy, nice to have a bunk bed and a double. Good value for money as it wa sthe cheapest option near Disneyland. Staff were nice. Only takes 30min to get to Disney. Buses are frequent and trains are too. Definitely would reccomend based on the price but earplugs are needed.

Extremely noisy at night. Could not sleep as we could hear people talking, smashing doors and walking outside. The wall are super thin and so are doors. The shower was quite small but ok

Great location, great price and spotlessly clean! Parking is good and fairly priced. Very handy for the RER train to Disney and central Paris.

The hotel is a little basic and cam be noisy of other guests are inconsiderate. Bathroom was very small but functional.

It is 20mins. drive to Disneyland and Paris. The rooms are small but clean, just enough for an overnight stay. There are lots of restaurants nearby and carrefour only 5mins drive from the hotel. Breakfast is very basic with breads, juices, hot drinks, Yoghurts and marmalades.... Again, it is a budget hotel, you get what you paid for. This is already a very affordable hotel when you're on a budget and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff was very helpful. The room lady was very nice and kind. Value for money with my family.

The bus finish around 9 pm, so very hard to get back to the place after a long journey in Paris. Preferably need a car or bolt for late night.

Had to change room in the middle of nights because of bad smell coming out from bathroom every time the toilet flushed.
