I liked everything about the property. The place is the creation the room, the bathroom, the little kitchen with the fridge. The staff were so welcoming and polite. The place was very very clean and the fact that every day you guys change the sheets and clean the room that was amazing. I had a very, very good experience, can’t wait to come back again.

The only thing that I would say is the location there is not much to do around that city but it’s still good because the train station is not far away and the McDonald is just right across the street

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood looks safe and there’s a lot of restaurants, shops and bar around. Not too busy tho. I’d definitely come back and tell others about this place.

We stayed for 5 days and no one cleaned the room. Maximum they did was take out the bin from the bathroom, but didn’t touch the one in the kitchen (which was full). The only “problem” we had was that on the last day, the cleaning staff kept knocking on the door because they wanted to clean the room, even entered without barely knocking and we were still sleeping. They basically wanted to expel us around 11 (the check out was at 12:00), because they wanted to clean the room.

Tulip Residences is a hotel, which truly cares about you. After a long journey to Paris we were exhausted and didn’t want to look for a place to eat but Tulips had our back. We just needed to scrap up some of the residual food waste that was lying on the floor room to cook an amazing meal. To top it all off, they even provided us with some free hygiene products in the form of used Q-tips from the previous guest, which were also lying on the floor. Now that’s true customer service. In addition, Tulips really cares about the environment as they won’t clean the room for the entirety of your stay. I never felt so comfortable staying in a dirty room. 10/10 would visit again!

The location is perfect for a base to travel into Paris ( 15 minutes from Joinville le Point to Les Halles by RER line A) and also parc Astérix and Disneyland Paris. The studio is well appointed and had all we needed for a 3 day stay, the staff were lovely and friendly and breakfast is great for €14 euros, hot and cold choices and constantly refreshed.

The smell from the blocked drains in the garage was awful and the day we left it flooded so was almost unbearable. The smell came up the lift shaft. Also charged €10 euros for the pleasure of this per day.

It was neat and clean and easy access to other facilities like supermarkets and public transport. It is also near the river which has a nice stroll and good sunsent views. Very therapeutic.

I did not like the fact that the installed TV's could not connect to the internet so there was not much room to use other apps like netflix or youtube for entertainment if you did not understand French.

Room was good and comfortable size. I had supeior double bed with extra sofa-cum-bed and all was very good. Hotel is at very convenient location to travel with kids as there are bus stops out of the hotel which can take you to the RER station. Lots of near by food shops and super markets to get the daily supplies. Foods gets delivered easily with Deliveroo.

Kitchenette could have a bit bigger.

It was a clean room, not too small, not too big. Daily cleaning was given. Kitchen was available in the room. Amenities and towels were okay. Private parking was available. Laundry room was also there which was awesome. There was a supermarket just behind the hotel.

Shower was leaking but it wasn't a big deal. Location was not central but the price was good enough for us. Utensils in the kitchen was not very clean though, we got to wash them ourselves first before using.

The room was a bright and adequate in size for our needs. The kitchenette was adequate with microwave and 2 hotplates. The bathroom was quite spacious and well appointed. The staff were incredibly helpful when needing assistance especially in giving directions and calling taxi's or Bolt's when needed.

There was only French TV with no sub-titles and no cable TV. There was not a lot of room for our luggage.

The hotel itself is very good. It has all amenities, its comfortable and clean and the staff is excellent.

I would say that its main disadvantage is that if you don't have a car, it is very difficult to reach the center of the city. I was visiting Paris with my family and wanted to see the famous sights of the city, however, reaching the center required 16 minute walking to the nearing train station (RER A) where trains arrive infrequently. Then, travel for 30 minutes to the city and then get a metro to reach whatever destination you want. Overall we needed every day more than an hour to reach the centre and another hour to come back which was extremely cumbersome if you have children and really took the flexibility away from our vacation.

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. We had an issue with the first room and they changed it ASAP. The coffee/restaurant that was with the hotel was extremely nice, tasty and at a fair price.

Sadly, the rooms weren't very clean. The noise isolation isn't very good(could be a deal breaker for some people)
