This property exceeded my expectations. The SPA facilities were very nice—steam & sauna. The heated indoor pool was superbe & quite large. The reception staff went out of their way to be friendly & helpful. They also spoke English which was good because our French is rudimentary. Room was large, comfortable, & clean. The bed very comfortable. Property is quite dog friendly. Location was convenient to the veterinarian clinic & shops in NW Montpellier.

Restaurant didn’t meet our expectations. Expensive for quality of food. My wife’s fish wasn’t as fresh as we’ve come to expect in France. The carpet in the entry hall of our building was dirty.

It is a pure business hotel. Not sure whether airco was working. We got an upgrade which was nice, but the airco was not better. It seems just moving air, rather than cooling air. No cleaning in between so you always have to ask for clean towels and new instant coffee

The included wellness within a semi-budget price was amazing. The staff was very friendly and we could place our luggage in storage for the rest of the day.even after we checked out. The breakfast was well organised and there was very friendly staff.

The carpet in the room had stains in it. And there was not a clear information sheet. And the TV did not show the info it said it would.

Everything, plenty of free parking, hotel is lovely and clean and comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and it was very tasty. We were looking for food before the restaurant was open but they very kindly offered to serve us nearly an hour before the opening time, this was very kind and considerate as we had two small children with us.

Spa zone, staff was amazing

I was a bit bothered by the room renovations. I’ve got the feeling that rooms are quite old. However, bed was so comfy and bathroom was very clean

Excellent access to and from main routes. Secure parking. Pet friendly. Comfortable beds. Very clean. Tranquil setting.

Super nice staff, very helpful and polite. Little disapointment was during the breakfast, because there were no vegetables at all, only fruit.
