This is such a friendly hotel, the staff are simply lovely and charming and no-one lets you walk past without a hello. We were half board and dinner was great - lots of options and presented beautifully, The room was good - storage space and good view with nice bathroom. Not really much space to just sit but that was OK. Pool facilities were great - obviously sometimes you have to wait for the hot tub to be free. I enjoyed the pool and steam room. Big breakfast with lovely view to the garden. Lots of seating in the bar area to relax with a drink. So incredibly handy for Bossonnet lift - with a ski room right there with SkiSet guy to help - you are really ski in/out and that felt a real luxury. Town is short walk and very pretty. Photo is from our balcony - that is how close lift is!

It was quite a lot to pay but the service was so great and the location perfect. It would be great if the breakfast coffee machines were available after skiing with some biscuits - that's just what you want when you get in - to sit in the lovely bar area with a coffee and biscuit! However you can make sure you have all the bits in your room as there is kettle and fridge.

The pool is very nice! Excellent temperature We enjoyed it a lot with our 16 month old. I appreciated the fact that in the wellness area they had kids books available to read around the pool! Little details that count. The restaurant is very nice and the evening menu offers good food (although if you stay more than 2 nights, your options are quickly over because it’s a short menu). The buffet in the morning is also good and varied! I liked the bar area and the billiard is a plus! There was a jazz presentation one evening, very nice. Excellent location.

The room size is very small. No fitness (gym) available. I found that for the price we paid, my overall expectations were higher. We almost didn’t have a place in the restaurant because there was a big convention. I believe that guests should have an assured spot in the restaurant (for us going out was not an option, having a baby).

The beautiful view from our room and sunny balcony facing the mountains, rooms facing the opposite way felt very different. The lady in reception was extremely helpful and friendly and really wanted us to enjoy our stay, which we did! It was just a short walk from the pretty village, although in May most of the shops were closed, there were a few restaurants and coffee shops still open.

We enjoyed our meal in the restaurant and would have liked to eat there every night, but there was very limited choice on the menu and it didn’t change during our stay.

The food was exceptional, we were half board and the evening 3 course meal was superb. Swimming pool/sauna was clean, bright and perfect for relaxing after a day’s skiing - our youngest enjoyed his swims. Ski hire and boot room adjacent to the hotel was great and being able to ski in and out.

Our kids had lesson with Evolution 2 and their meeting point was at the bottom of Beauregard lift so we had to ski over each morning. A bit complicated on day 1 but not a problem thereafter but I think ESF meet at bottom of Bossonnet lift.

Excellent for ski: completly ski-in ski-out. The hotel has a deal with a ski store, so they can bring your rental equipment directly to ski room and leave it there in the last day. Excellent breakfast, nice room and the spa was awsome.

The shower... poor stream. the temperature vary often

Welcome staff do they best. The hotel is clean and cozy, the dinner service and French cuisine are excellent. Spa facilities are good bonus to staying, but most of all advantage - location in mountain village and the views. Stunning view on mountains directly from balcony.

The room (double room) is narrow, without any free space. The jacuzzi water is not warm enough.

The location, the view, the restaurant and the little garden where our 2 years old could run freely while we were having the breakfast.

There was a private event that made the restaurant unaccessible during the daytime and dinner, so we had to make other plans than what we had planned initially. We could've been announced before getting to the location.

Excellent location within walking distance of Bossonnet ski lift. The room was clean and comfortable. The sauna and the pool were very nice. We had a lovely time there. I would highly recommend it.

Great spa facilities, excellent evening meals, comfortable rooms, a location 25 metres from the main ski lifts, and only a few more steps to the free ski bus stop. If we were skiing again in La Clusaz we would definitely stay here again.

Nothing!

Great location 50yds from the Bossonnet chair lift. Good sauna/steam room and great pool. Pool table in the lounge was a bonus!

The showers x2 in our room had no headroom being under the eaves of the roof. A couple of light bulbs didn’t work.
