Simple, clean rooms. Charming hotel with linens, towels, and soap provided and comfortable beds.

The parking is a bit of a walk, and though check-in time was listed till 7pm on Booking, it was really closed earlier. We had to use a phone to call and find out that an envelope had been left for us, but we missed some of the instructions (like needing a code to get into the hotel after hours— we assumed our keys would get us in— so we had to call again. Fortunately we got the international plans for our phones.) Also, no mini fridge.

The room was very nice , mountain style , well decorated, and the bathroom was big . The hotel location is perfect, in the center of la clusaz. Easy to walk anywhere . There are lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The breakfast offered a lot of options and was good quality. Definitely etelly s good place to return to !

Rooms are not sound proof. If you have some noisy neighbours , you can hear them well.

Very well located and nice rooms, great breakfast too. Due to low season the restaurant was closed. Arrived late but we received information and codes to get into the hotel and rooms. Well organized. No private parking for our motorcycles but a public one situated at 200m.

The room was fine and the breakfast was very good.

The restaurant was closed Sunday and Monday night and the afternoon staff person was rather uptight; got very agitated when we parked our car outside for less than 3 minutes to drop off bags.

Hotel was lovely, room comfortable and clean. Breakfast was really good, unfortunately the restaurant was closed on the night we stayed but there were plenty of options close by in town. Staff friendly and plenty of secure storage for our bikes.

Location of hotel was great. Right in the heart of village.

It was bit pricey even after season and property doesn't have parking for guests. Luckily we were off season and parking was right outside property, but it was public so first come first served basis and paid (off season is free stay). It must be difficult to park here during skiing season and pay daily for your stay.

Amazing view. Cosy bedroom. Friendly staff always ready to help. Our flight was cancelled and the team was very understanding and kind. Our luggage got lost by the airline and again the team was supportive and helpful. I loved the breakfast, simple and delicious.

I wish there was a mini fridge in the bedroom. That’s just an idea.

The location was perfect for my visit and they were happy for my dog to come along My room was advertised with "no view" - I was expecting to see just a brick wall out the window but I could see the mountainside, the neighbours, the sky. Appreciate the hotel has rooms with some wonderful views but I'd happily stay in the same room again

Parking on arrival. But then the reception directed me to the free resort parking which is 2 minutes away. Great tip from receptionist to park on top level near the exit as you come out just across the road from the hotel. Super handy.

Hotel was central and luckily the room was quiet as away from the road and a noisy nearby bar. Good sized room and breakfast was good.

A lift would have been welcome.

The room was on the highest floor and gave a nice view of the surrounding mountains and little village. The unit was quit homey and comfortable with the possibility to close one wall between the full bed and two twins, creating two rooms. Small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion were well displayed on the bathroom shelf along with eco-friendly paper cups.

The building did not have parking for guests. There was no elevator and the climb up to the third floor with our luggage was unexpected.
