The staff at the property were really nice. The rooms were a decent size when compared with a chalet room and the beds were comfortable. Loved the bath and the water was hot - great location for ski lifts and village.

The noise levels were understandably quite bothersome as you could hear people walking around. The spa area was very small and the jacuzzi was lukewarm. We ended up just using the bath in our room when we wanted to soak.

Very nice breakfast with a lot of choice of sweet and salty. Pool is small but nice. Sauna is super hot. Did not expected to be so hot, so it was a very nice surprise. Also they give the drinks in the evening for free with lot of usual mix like Gin and tonic or Whisky Coca included.

We order one evening dinner and New Year Dinner. I really did not liked that for ordinary dinner it was only one hot menu (fish) and for the New Year evening it was some strange smelling/stinking meet. At our table out of 4 people no one finished the meat meal... There should be some option for the people that doesn't like the first choice. It is partially compensated with the huge choice of cheese and deserts

Really good all round hotel, great breakfast and evening meal, quite handy for slopes (although any distance in ski boots is hard!) ski hire was on the way and there was a good lift to the slopes handy for ski school and lift passes, the hotel is close to the town. Nice spa area which was welcome after skiing. Very friendly staff. clean and comfortable rooms with responsive heating controls. would stay again!

The bar area was hot and busy at weekend. some rooms were troubled by rowdy residents who stayed up drinking til annoying o clock!!

It has everything you need, large restaurant, cosy bar with pool table and table football, swimming pool with sauna and steam room, clean well-sized rooms. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly

Very pretty room, very nice lunch room for a breakfast with large variety. Staff was helpful and very friendly.

The parking lot in front of hotel is rather small, but the hotel referred us to a public parking lot 5 minutes away, which was for free.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Rooms comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showers. Great location, a short walk to the chair lift. You can do this walk in ski boots. We were on bed and breakfast but were able to add dinner on a couple of nights, which gave us the option to eat out as well.

None of the staff we asked knew where the local ski bus stop was. This would have saved a 20 mins walk (in ski boots) to the bus station. 2 lifts to get to our friends room although it wasnt very busy so not a huge issue for them

The location is good - a short walk of maybe 100m to the lift next to the lift pass office. We were all inclusive so we got breakfast, dinner and drinks included. The food was superb and the bar was a real bonus being included in our price.

We were on level 7 at the top. We had to get two lifts up to that floor as they didn’t have a lift that went from GF - 7. I’m being fussy really but after a hard day on the slopes, all you want is to kick the boots off and get to your room asap. It wouldn’t stop me staying again!

I’m mean I’m picking here as pretty much nothing is wrong with the place but a bit of heating in the boot room would be good to help dry boots.

Lovely family hotel

Stayed in 6th floor, had to get 2 lifts which were a little inconvenient, especially young children playing in them. A few more plug sockets in room would be good

the staff is very nice. The jacuzzi and swimming pool are much appreciated after the ski. The free drinks at the bar are a bonus. We had a very nice stay.

The triple room is a bit small for 3 adults. The elevator was out of order many times
