I LOVED the staff, the location, and the cleanliness of the rooms. The hotel is extremely well noise isolated, everything is so quiet and the aircon worked amazing, Lovely shower lovely bed and perfect pitch black silence. The breakfast was AWESOME ! i was in room 220 and i totally recommend it because we had the view on a pine tree. You need a car! Because it will get you to the nicest places in the area all in less than 10mins from the hotel. The staff was truly amazing, we had the best time

Nothing it was perfect

Location was great, and close to a number of restaurants, as we arrived later than planned that was a pleasant surprise. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great selection for breakfast.

We had to pay a 100€ caution for the room, this was unexpected and would be unblocked once the room had been checked... Only 3 pillows for a double bed, normally there would be 2 each.

The entire hotel was really nice, in a quiet area surrounded by several restaurants. The accomodation and facilities in the hotel were perfect. The room was nice, clean, quiet and comfy. We enjoyed the stay.

I expected much more for breakfast. There were only the croissants, some cereals and nothing too much as salty breakfast.

Great location and very easy access to the surrounding attractions. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally friendly and we found a lovely restaurant minutes walk from the hotel

It might have been nice to have a drink at the hotel but there was nobody here when we tried.

Nothing! This was our 3rd stop in this short break and by far the best. Excellent value for money, but above all, excellent customer care.

Clean, Comfortable and super easy access, as it is outside of town, but close to restaurants and supermarkets. Just perfect for a stop and go kind of thing.

wifi in my room wasn’t reaching very well. but once connected, it was fast. breakfast was quite basic but for me was good enough.

Breakfast excellent and kitchen staff extremely efficient and friendly. Nicholas, the night receptionist, was a joy to meet, very informative as to the area and was helpful in every aspect, over and aboard his job specification. All in all the staff we met were very pleasant and helpful and would recommend a stay at this hotel. Parking a big plus as secure behind security gates. Location was excellent to access the attractions nearby, three restaurants facing the hotel so didn't need to drive to eat in the evenings.

Shower tended to be to spray water over too wide of an area in the bathroom leading to flooding. That's all the negative points.

Absolutely excellent staff,receptionists, Manager, kitchen and cleaners!

No fridge in the room but the manager was happy to take our champagne and wine and store it in the hotel fridge.They could not have been more helpful nor so friendly,that’s why we return so frequently!

When I arrived the room was too cold. air condition was capped at 23 degrees which even after turning it on was still too cold. I called at the reception and they boosted it up to 25 which was somehow better but i still consider in the winter 25 or even higher should have been the default setting. It is ok to save on electricity but not at the expense of freezing your customers. Especially in the winter...

Paula on the front desk was excellent, very efficient and friendly. Hotel was very clean and the room was lovely, particularly appreciated the air conditioning in the heat.

Breakfast options were a bit restricted and the bar offerings were limited.
