The customer service was exceptional. At the start we had a hard journey, a very hot day & the aircon had stopped & we had a cat with us. So we arrived very stressed, We were greeted by Alexia, (I hope the name is right) who was very swift to book us in so we could get the cat sorted, then quickly organised drinks and then later rang around garages with another colleague to help get our aircon sorted. It was fixed and we continued the journey the next day in a lot better shape. All staff very helpful & friendly, including dinner & breakfast staff - and we felt very welcomed & supported on this stay.

Put more milks in the room? But not much else..!

Convenient location for overnight stay near the autoroute with free parking and good value accommodation. Friendly staff and good quality breakfast. Very clean rooms with AC.

Lack of restaurant opening at the weekend not ideal. More suited to overnight transit stays than for exploring Le Mans itself due to location at the edge of the city.

It was clean and comfortable. The staff was polite, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. We appreciate the option to have secure covered parking. Just a short drive to the Le Mans museum

The restaurant was closed on Friday night and unfortunately there were no restaurants within walking distance.

The room was spacious. Dinner was superb and worth the price. Breakfast included a small hot food selection as well as cereals, cheeses, ham, bread, pastries etc.

The hotel is in a residential location but without any parks where we could walk our dogs.

A very pleasant stay and a nice spacious room as we booked the larger room. Looks like our room was recently renovated which was great. Parking was good, right at the front door. Would stay again.

Breakfast wasn't great, nothing hot but it was grand and inexpensive. I wouldn't let that put you off.

I was travelling alone on a cold December day and had completed 6 hours of driving. I needed a comfortable room with bathing facilities. The hotel provided everything I needed to fulfill that.

There was a restaurant on site and I was looking forward to a hot meal. Unfortunately it was closed and I had to make do with snacks.

The central location, free parking right outside, and despite it being on a main road the room was completely silent, and pitch black thanks to the electric blinds completely shutting out all light, so a peaceful nights sleep. The shower was good, I liked the loo being separate, and the whole thing was spotlessly clean.

The only downsides are the breakfast is poor and the bed is very firm... didn’t stop me sleeping though!

Great food and nice waiting staff in restaurant. Underground secure parking for our motorbike. Kettle with tea and coffee in room. Good quality produce at breakfast.

Room was quite small compared to other Kyriads we have stayed at.

Staff are always so helpful and pleasant. Cedric? couldn't do enough to help. Stayed here many times and always good staff

No evening meals or snacks, and the Campanile next door was also closed. Means you have to travel to eat. Shame.

Very clean room, air conditioning worked, quiet. Breakfast was good

Shower door was not closing properly, therefore water was running onto the floor, while taking shower. Breakfast was 4 Euros more expansive, compared to hotel I stayed in in Paris, yet Paris breakfast was a bit better. It included scrambled eggs and bacon.
