The man we met upon arrival was an exceptional receptionist and host. Explained everything so well and gave us a lovely family room close to the new luxurious pool. We were only staying for a single night as a stop over but would happily and confidently recommend for extended stays. Exceptional value for money and rooms were spotless. Would highly recommend a stay here.

The only downfalls were the breakfast was a bit unorganised in terms of tables being set and and restaurant was not opened for dinner but these were really small issues overall

The great help provided by the staff. Upon our arrival we were told that they had no Wi-fi working in any rooms throughout the hotel and that it had been like that for the previous 2 weeks. The receptionist offered to book us another hotel which we did not really want but then she said they had one rather small room adjacent to the bar where they had a separate Wi-fi system. She then took us to the room and tried to set up Wi-fi for us in this room and we had reception and accepted the room with happiness.

We felt that the hotel should have notified us and Booking.com of their inability to currently provide Wi-fi as they had been without for such a long time before we were booked to stay. But thanks to the initiative of the reception staff and the bar staff the stay was saved .

Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff.

Breakfast wasn't worth 17 euros, I feel the price was high for that. Lovely menu, but very limited. We booked half board and there was no flexibility. No sides was probably the worst thing, my son wanted chips and they weren't available.

This hotel was fantastic. The rooms had been newly refurbished, so we upgraded to privilege room. It has with an indoor swimming pool and small fitness suite. The hotel is on the edge of Le Mans, perfect for a one night stop. The food at the restaurant was very good.

Really clean and modern hotel with very friendly staff. Good bar (darn’t look at the bar bill !!!) with outside seating area. Breakfast was reasonably priced and excellent. Staff all spoke excellent English.

Bit of a walk to the night life in Le Mans. Currently some development work going on in the car park, so lots of noise and contractors in the morning.

The staff were excellent and could not have been nicer and more accommodating. The room and bathroom was immaculate and comfortable. Breakfast was superb.

The hotel Wi-Fi worked nearer reception but did not stretch as far as our room which was nearer the other end of the hotel!

The hotel was very tidy and well presented. The rooms were spotless and had plenty of amenities provided. Value for money was fantastic and the staff were helpful and friendly.

The hotel restaurant was closed unexpectedly, and so we had to make alternative arrangements for dinner. However, there were plenty of options around, so this wasn't much of an issue for us.

The breakfast was good and varied. The location was also good and parking was ample.

The room was a bit too small with no place to place clothes or space to put luggage. Bathroom is also too small and crammed.

Easy to access from nearby motorway. Very helpful staff,very pleasing resteraurant for breakfast and dinner. The bedroom had all the facilitiies ,but was small in size, the shower room was excellent. very acceptable for a 2 nioght stay.

Breakfast, dinner and drinks was smooth and professional. Very warm but staff did all they could to speed up first drinks, long cool ones !

Menu a bit limited but food we had was good quality and service ok especially as a party of about 40 arrived just after we had ordered.
