Worth paying a bit more for the bigger rooms, with generous-sized bed, bathroom. Location: a short 2-min walk to Eurostar station via Bvd. Turin at the back of the station, and about 12 mins to the cafe of Grand Place and Place Rihour, passing the vast Euralille shopping centre and Lille Flandres station on the way. Also very handy for Zenith and L'Aeronef concert/gig venues

Very quiet, comfortable and clean room. Very modern and nice atmosphere. Friendly staff. Quick check-out (just hand-in keycard in a box). the availability of a parking garage. Also the location is super: on walking distance to the old town.

Although breakfast was OK, you would expect a broader availability of fresh fruit (not canned fruit), and plant-based yoghurt and plant-based spread to put on bread (for example humus). In addition a more proactive attitude to offer hot drinks (coffee/tea) would be nice. I had to ask for it all the time.

The room was absolutely lovely, it was very clean and the facilities were good. The room was really big, massive bed and very modern bathroom. There was an nespresso machine, mini bar (extra costs). When we returned to the room after exploring the Christmas market the curtains had been shut, the bed was remade and there was some sweets and a message wishing us good night on the bed. Lovely touch!

The check in could have been quicker, the queue was a little long - but I guess the staff have to check passports etc. in advance. We have to pay a £150 deposit on arrival - any extras you have are taken from this amount. This is fine but this was not advertised (that I can recall seeing). It would be good if the room service menu stated whether food included gluten and dairy, I have an intolerance so this is important for me.

Luxurious and spacious room with nice amenities. Staff were all very friendly. Eurolille Mall was just across the road which provided some nice shopping nearby.

The entrance to the hotel carpark is separate from the casino entrance and it was a little confusing to get to with all the one way roads surrounding. Perhaps a clearer diagram of the parking entrance would be useful. A little further out from the city center but still quite walkable.

First we got greeted really great we got help with our luggage. In the room water was waiting for us. The room was big and nice. They made sure we where comfortable. The breakfast was great we order roomservice. Was nice that it had a casino we had some cocktails and food. The service was top and the staff too i recommend this hotel.

That the bar in the room was not free.

The room was very spacious and well appointed. We asked for a quiet room and it really was very quiet. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was alright, but there is room for improvement. The cooked options were not great (soggy eggs and undercooked sausages), but the bread, cakes and pastries were very good indeed. It takes about 20 mins to walk into the old town, but taxis are also easily available for evenings etc.

Something small, but there was quite some scale buildup on the showerhead. Water shoots in different directions that way when taking a shower. Otherwise the room was perfect and very clean! And another personal preference. For a hotel this big I would've liked it when they had games like table tennis to play or something else for kids.

We like how friendly the staff were and how comfortable the rooms were. The bed was so cozy and comfortable. The food was so delicious. The care from the staff who came every evening to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed was so lovely and unexpected.

Lovely breakfast - amazing selection of bread, cakes, jam and good coffee. Staff ultra polite and friendly. Very comfortable bed (best out of all hotels I’ve stayed in) great powerful shower and even an electric kettle. We like the bar and the wine was great. I left my cardigan behind and staff retrieved and kept it for me. It is a bit expensive but feels like a massive treat and relaxing start to our holiday.

I can’t think of anything except maybe branded toiletries in the bathroom.

It was not easy to find parking garage using Google Map, needs better instructions for self parking. Valet parking was very useful
