The apartment I was in was great. It has a view to the back of the building, so it was quiet, although the hotel is located in the heart of downtown between both train stations Lille Europe and Lille Flandres. It’s close to every store and restaurants. Carrefour is next door, which makes it convenient if you prefer to cook your meals in the kitchenette.

one possible caveat is that the room/studio has no air conditioning. I was lucky the weather was nice and it was not too hot outside for June.

The Apartment was very spacious and comfortable and had everything you needed for your stay! it was close to the lovely old town and beautiful Square, lovely cafes and boutiques and is a very vibrant little town!

only 1 complaint, the towels in the bathroom need to be updated, they were not good and didn’t have a good feel or smell, suggest you change them for better quality??

Location is perfect! Very close from train station but also easily accessible by car. It's possible to just walk to the center and enjoy the shops and restaurantes + explore the surroundings. There is a park close to the hotel and it was great to walk my dogs there from time to time while I was staying there. There is a parking which is very handy as well.

If the room faces the main street, it can be a bit noisy in the evening/night. It was spring, but the room started getting really warm in the afternoon/evening.

The room was a good size, clean and modern. A major shopping mall is adjacent and there were lots of cafes and restaurants close by. We originally booked for a week and extended it to 2 weeks.

I love everything about the hotel, from the entrance to the toilet, my problem is the bed, I have body pain sleeping on it, soft mattress will be better, thanks

I enjoyed very much the staying but I have two critical points:1) why not having a bottle opener in the kitchenette? 2) the floors should be properly washed with hot water and soap and not just wiped A compliment for the ladies at the reception. Very helpful, professional and empathic. Unlike the men of the reception!

Great location, easy to reach by car and public transport and still right in the center. Underground parking is very convenient.

Slow elevator, which matters when you are on the 10th floor and your room key repeatedly doesn't work.

Easy walk to TGV and Eurostar rail stations. Close to City Centre, Friendly staff and very clean and comfortable apartment. Very quiet location and close to a supermarket.

There was no remote for the TV and the staff was unable to provide one.

The location is great, the staff were very helpful, the room and facilities were excellent. We had such a good stay we extended for another week.

Everything was great.

Good sized, bright room, comfy bed. Plenty of crockery etc in kitchenette. We appreciated coffee/hot water machine and selection of teas. Good security for car park. It was helpful getting advice on bike security in the area. Hotel is an easy walk to the main squares. Lots of cafes and restaurants.
