The room was quite spacious. The women at reception were very nice and attentive to detail. Furthermore, they were welcoming and very helpful whenever we had a problem. Breakfast was a continental breakfast and it was ok. We arrived by car, so the fact that they had the parking right behind the hotel was a bonus. It was very easy to get our luggage to our rooms

The elevator is small. We could fit two people with luggage only. The swimming pool's water was cold, although they assured us that it was heated between 25 and 27 degrees. This is me being picky. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Seriously some of the nicest people I have met in France the last couple weeks. I had this conversation a couple times while staying here. I’ve stayed in just a few hotels while using an Interrail Global Two Month Pass and I do not understand how this is a 3-star hotel while the one I stayed in at Toulouse was. 4-star. This is hands down the nicer hotel and would beat them out in every category in a head to head matchup. Makes no sense. I cannot imagine my wife coming to Lourdes, but it is a city of miracles so if that happens I would stay here again!!!

Its very rare that the temperature in Lourdes during our stay (one day in the last week of March) went up to 27degrees celsius which was too warm.i hope you can turn on the aircon in the rooms if its too warm, this is happening now globally with the climate change so i hope the hotel management can change their rules on this. Very hard to sleep in a warm room and opening the windows causes a lot of noise from outside. But we survived, just a thought for the management to have a more comfortable stay with your visitors. But i still would give it a ten as we had a wonderful stay. Thank you.

Check in was efficient although the room was not ready as we were early but we ate in the restaurant while we waited. Nice sized car park and outdoor eating area. Reasonable choice at breakfast. Good location to walk into Lourdes and plenty of local restaurants to choose from.

Room was small and the bathroom door was a sliding door that only just shut with a bit of effort, in a small room not a lot of privacy. Tea and coffee were provided but not much milk - extra was reluctantly obtained from reception.

Property was definitely one of the best hotels that we had seen, I thought it would definitely be a 4 star although some of the standards rooms were dated so then I understood why. Reception was amazing and staff could not do enough for you. Definitely recommend.

Balcony’s need attention and could do with chairs tables on each so you can enjoy the outside. Bar was very expensive so couldn’t enjoy a beer round the pool. Aldi was local for drinks and snacks.

The property is very clean .Comfortable and very warm rooms. Good choice of Breakfast. The restaurant also serves very good food.

1) It is a bit far away from the Grotto, about 15-20 min. If you have mobility difficulties or if it is raining or very cold, you shall find it a bit difficult to walk to the Grotto and Back. 2)Only served with one small lift. 3) Should you want to dine in the restaurant, you better book in advance, as on one occasion we were refused.

The best Best Western we’ve ever stayed in. Normally they’re a bit on the shabby side (imho), but this one was top notch. Good room, lovely well kept public areas and garden. Friendly helpful staff. We didn’t eat any meals here, but the restaurant looked good. An easy walk into town and the religious stuff if that’s your bag.

The "transportation striike" meshed up our vacay sked ... we had to cancel visit to Italy🫨 Bathroom... concerned about glass... water drips to the floor during showering🙂

Lovely appointed rooms, everything was so clean, room was made up everyday which was unexpected. Staff were extremely helpful. Great views from the hotel garden

There wasn't much we didn't like. Because it's on a hill near the railway station it was a fair walk to the grotto but not a major issue.

lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. the room we stayed in had been recently refurbished to a very high standard. there is a swimming pool and a good restaurant too. breakfast at the hotel was good. There is parking on site and good WiFi. Even in the 38C we arrived in at Lourdes, the hotel itself was cool and well air conditioned. Of course normally you would expect Lourdes to be cooler than 38 C ! Happy to recommend this well managed and friendly hotel.
