- Just 50 metres from the railway station and the bus station for the bus reaching the famous mountain village of Gavarnie - Excellent breakfast with a wide choice of high quality food - Rooms in the 3rd floor on the side facing south have an excellent view of the city, the valley and the mountains - The pilgrimage churches are 15 minutes by foot and one is thus not affected by the pilgrim masses that stay in the hotel area next to the holy precinct

- Rooms in the first floor facing north (towards the railway) are very dark and you cannot leave the window open as otherwise strangers may enter from outside. These rooms are also very small and you have not enough place to keep your things nicely.

It was close to the train station. The maid service was great. The room didn’t have air-conditioning, but they did provide a fan, which made it very nice in the shower in toilet and Boudet we’re good.

The breakfast was good but it was very redundant because it was the same thing every morning. They add €10 a day for breakfast. I didn’t know this was the case until I was checking out and that was kind of a little bit of a surprise.

The place is clean and tidy. The location is convenient to the rail station, town center, and the grotto shrine complex. The breakfast room is comfortable, though the selection is limited. The bed is comfortable. Overall, the hotel is a good value for a single tourist or a couple.

The room was quite small, though adequate. The shower is very small, but good hot water. Unfortunately the WIFI was not working on our floor, only downstairs. I would have expected a kettle and tea or coffee in the room, and also a safe for valuables.

Very close, 50 meters away from the train station so it's super accesible especially for me carrying a large luggage! The room is small but very clean and bathroom is nice with the european bidet that makes it interesting ;)

Its distance from the Notre Dame Cathedral and other spots, 1 kilometer walk away! I was always gasping for breath when i reach the hotel due to the long walk back to the hotel. But no complaints since i would rather walk these roads without luggage than walk with luggages far from the station.

Localization. It is next to Matabiau Station. There is a lift and breakfast is good for 6 euros. The receptionist was very kind and friendly. There is space to store luggage, free of charge. There are restaurants close to the hotel as well as a bus stop. The room was big.

Everything was good, but I don't know if depending on the weather, you might need air conditioning, which is not available in the room.

This is my 2nd trip over from New Zealand 🇳🇿 and I stayed here 7 years ago. It is lovely to see the same owners & children. It's so easy to stay here as it's close to all amenities Very obliging & hospitable 😆

No coffee making facility in the room for that first morning coffee. You need to dress & go down stairs

The room was rather hot, but they kindly provided a fan which helped. Unfortuntely a fire alarm went off just after we got to sleep which was annoying. However the room was comfortable and clean and the breakfast was wonderful. The staff were also very helpful with information about bus times and local shops.

Very excellent room cleaning. Toiletries were replenished. Breakfast is basic but very adequate. Not too far from a convenience store. Just a walking distance to the railway station and airport bus station. Very kind staff. Spacious room with heating. Pressing iron available on request. Clean and functional bathroom.

Almost next door to the train station, you will find a comfortable accommodation in Lourdes for very convenient rates. Rooms are not too large, but well equipped with closet, desk and luggage rack, and above all everything is perfectly clean. The bathroom is superbly decorated with a beautiful basin and a fine array of tiles in burgundy and rose colours. Good breakfast and wifi services. Quiet street and surroundings. I was able to check-in a couple of hours before the usual time.

No supermarkets or restaurants nearby. Downtown, sanctuaries and the main attractions in Lourdes are also a bit far, but nothing you cannot reach by foot or the local buses.

I liked the location and was delighted with an extra bed which was provided to accommodate a lady to stay in our room.it was immaculate and it was not expensive I wish I had more time in Lourdes but overall we loved it and will be back
