Firstly, the perfect location. Less than 10 mins walk to / from the train station, which is where the airport bus also stops. And perfectly situated for the main Groto pathway. I was greeted with a warm and welcoming smile by the owner and that personal touch remained all the way through. She is hard working, attentive and diligent. Like all of the hotel, the bedroom was spotless, mine had a comfortable double sizes bed, TV with a bath/shower - and clean linen each day. The breakfast was a feast. Fresh baguette, cheeses, jams , boiled egg (and various meats for those that do), pastries and proper fresh coffee! I can not fault this small, humble, private & family run hotel. Thank you.

The property is very close to the train station making it easy to navigate with suitcases. The house keep lady was very accommodating and went above and beyond to assist. Whilst there is no room iron she kindly ironed my items I would wear marking my visit to the holy grotto.

Remember tho close the window at night due to the noise - overall very positive for the cost

The gentleman on reception even stopped the traffic so I could park next to the hotel. Lady gave my wife ice to helps swollen eye. The main attractions are only 7 minutes slow walk. Great venue.nothing

The location was suitable for us as we came by train..close to the train station and the sanctuary was 15 minutes walk. The breakfast was very good. And the room was clean. very helpful and friendly staff. She was available at anytime.

the only thing is we were not allowed to eat anything (even fruits) in the room but I've learnt that all hotels in Lourdes had that restriction...

I liked everything. It was a perfect location between the station , the sanctuary and the center of town. The best was the wonderful proprietor who was friendly, generous and sweet ! She took really good care of me. She was like a dear friend who cared about me and about my visit to Lourdes and to her hotel .

Hotel Acropolus was just what we needed after a long journey. It was clean and comfortable and the staff were welcoming and warm.

Location as it was in between the train station and the Grotto. Plus the hotel had a lift.

Not much with the toiletries.

The owners are just delightful. The hotel is well situated . The facility is extremely clean and pleasant..
