We were 'upgraded' to the sister hotel adjacent which was very nice. Hotel was very clean and has pleasant reception and dining area Great views Reception staff excellent

Breakfast finished earlier than we expected so we missed out Room service entered our room 2 hours before our agreed departure time, whilst we were out. They then threw away our toiletries and removed my phone charger which we then had to chase around the hotel to locate this. Room service staff very abrupt and took no interest in our position. Reception staff stepped in to reinstate our room cards so we were able to go back and change etc.

We were put up at La Solitude Hotel without informing us. But we still enjoyed our stay. Staff excellent, professional and friendly Special Thanks to check in staff Mrs. Hindie. Efficient professional and friendly. Kettle with tea coffee milk was good.

We were put up at La Solitude Hotel without informing us. Our room was facing nothing but storage stuff and was woken up with lot of noise at 7-8 am...maybe garbage collection. No view at all. Sadly the wifi also did not connect in the room. The liquid soap dispenser did not work. Kettle was not cleaned properly.

I have had a very happy enjoyable stay in Hotel Continental. The Staff were so helpful in every way. I felt safe, secure and content.

Maybe if Air Conditioning was available in the future for extremely hot weather would be helpful ,but I have no complaints .

Close to a lot of nice restaurants, and very close to the Grotto.

The toilet and bathroom were 2 different rooms (this was for a triple bed room at the end of the hallway) which was rather inconvenient as the toilet did not have a sink, and it was awkward to have to go to the bathroom from the toilet room to wash hands.

When we got there we found the hotel closed with the sign that we need to go 20 meters further down to Hotel Saint Sauveur, where we stayed with its location was prefect, Room was normal with walk-in shower and separate toilet, normal size room, could not complain, Breakfast wasn't included so couldn't say. at the end i cannot give out any remarks regarding the Hotel Continental which i arrived till it's door step.

at the coffee bar the manager needs to be more polite with the clients, and if he doesn't know how to make a hot chocolate better to say it form the start. not we had to reorder with the very tall friendly waiter who happened to do an excellent Hot Chocolate and great customer service.

We actually were transferred to the nearby Saint Saveur Hotel a few days before we arrived and this hotel was very good. Very close to the Grotto and room was comfortable. Very helpful reception team and nice three course meal in the restaurant. Lovely coffee bar also. Very nice staff especially Rory and Dom.

No milk in the bedroom for tea although easy enough to ask the staff in the coffee bar for some. Sorry, this is very English!

Excellent hotel. Great location. Very clean rooms and great facilities! The staff were very professional, warm and friendly. Delighted I chose Hotel Continental!

The room had a beautiful view of the river and the mountains. The location was perfect, everything within reach. Breakfast was plentiful.

We were placed in another hotel, actually, La Solitude, belonging to the same family as the Continental in Lourdes. Very good in most ways; most staff very helpful and friendly. Great location by the river.

Some staff not as keen or friendly as others. Most meals were very good. Breakfast a bit scanty.

Everything was satisfactory. I noticied a damp smell in my room, which was rectified. Lighting issues,werer not addressed, despite my mentioning them Food was good, with reasonable variety. Staff wrer helpfol and friendly
