recently stayed at Odalys City Lyon Bioparc and was super happy with my choice. If you’re looking for a spot for a short city break with the option to cook your own meals, Odalys City Lyon Bioparc is a great pick. It’s especially convenient since the hotel is right next to the Bioparc and Lyon’s 8th arrondissement, making it easy to get to all the main attractions. The metro line is just a straight 15-minute ride to the center, which is awesome. Plus, we easily found free parking right across the street, and they also have their own parking that's pretty affordable. The staff were absolutely amazing—so friendly and welcoming, always ready to help and make your stay comfortable. The apartments are clean and spacious, which is a big plus even for a short stay.

One thing to keep in mind is that there’s a limit of 200 liters of hot water. If you use it all, you'll have to wait about 6 hours for it to heat up again. It wasn’t a huge issue for us, but it’s something to consider if you plan on doing a lot of hot showers or cooking.

It was relatively easy to find and close to a tram stop which was really helpful. The apartment was lovely. It was great that the TV had YouTube and Netflix and all the apps on it. The bed was VERY comfy and the shower pressure was good. Also, the breakfast was brilliant. Staff were all friendly.

The kitchen area was a little small. There was a sink to wash plates but no where for them to dry and no plug for the sink! I asked at reception and they couldn't provide a plug but did provide extra dish washer tablets.

They asked about 200€ deposit which is a lot…they returned the money after 1 day after our check-out which was fine, but if you don’t have that kind of money they would cancel your reservation..the heater was very, very loud and the location is not good at all-not very close to a public transport or sth like that-if you want to go to the airport from the hotel it will cost you around 40€ dollars(with public transport is cheaper but you need to change a lot of times)

Place is pretty clean. Mattress in the main bedroom is good. It is 500m from the nearest subway station. Once you are in the subway though, it gets to places in town very quickly. Most trains are just couple of minutes wait time.

The mattress for the pullout bed in the living room are very soft. All the towels are quite old with holes in them or stains. I only realized shampoo pumps did not work when I was already in the middle of a shower, and had to go ask for replacements from the front desk.

Nice Appartement with enough space and good comfort. A little kitchenet with all you need for an comfort stay. as its in a university zone, the place was quiet and also good connected to the city. Also free Parking was available aside the building (and a garage to be payed too). friendly personel. We would definitly choose again!

Perhaps a little paint here and there would be good as it seems a frequent used place. but really nothing to complain.

Easy 5 minute walk to underground metro station with direct connection to the center, old town, and the funiculars for quick access to the cathedral and Roman theater. Hotel was nice enough. If you arrive early, you can probably grab one of the free parking spots, which is an incentive to leave the car there and use the metro.

We were a youth group of 29 people. Value for money was great. Aptms were well equipped and comfortable for groups up to 4. Tram was close enough. Though the booking with hq had some issues regarding the city tax, competent staff took good care of it to correct and reimburse timely. Thanks for the stay from the whole group!

Clean. Very nice and helpful staff

I thought it was rather odd not To be allowed extra tea or coffee for the room after the first night . Especially having witnessed other guests taking handfuls from the breakfast bar. As well as biscuits and fruit!

The room was very comfortable, bright and clean. The metro station is 5 minutes walk from the hotel. Breakfast is great.

Smell of vinegar in the kitchen inside the room. I suppose, it was used for the cleaning by the personnel.

Immediate proximity to hospital (HEH), very convenient. Located within an industrial park, so practicality rules with a high level of amenities. Awesome breakfast. Very nice staff. Excellent parking situation (free and close by). Clean, modern, well appointed apartment. Front desk flexible and understanding of special situation.

The laundry facility is minimal and underwhelming for the fee.
