Clean. Very nice and helpful staff

I thought it was rather odd not To be allowed extra tea or coffee for the room after the first night . Especially having witnessed other guests taking handfuls from the breakfast bar. As well as biscuits and fruit!

We were a youth group of 29 people. Value for money was great. Aptms were well equipped and comfortable for groups up to 4. Tram was close enough. Though the booking with hq had some issues regarding the city tax, competent staff took good care of it to correct and reimburse timely. Thanks for the stay from the whole group!

We looked for cheap accomodation which has a parking place. This hotel fits this need. It is close to a subway station, which is very useful. The room was clean and comfortable. There is a small kitchen part. Parking is possible next to the hotel.

They asked for a deposit which was refunded only later after we left, but not actually at leaving. This is unreasonable because they should check the room at leaving and refund the deposit immediately. The is no cleaning service while you are there. It was unclear why they didn't take the garbage, but later we found a text in the elevator telling us we should take the garbage to the garbage room downstairs, or they will charge a fee. The same thing applies if you don't clean the kitchen before leaving. We did everything they asked for, so there was no extra charge.

Immediate proximity to hospital (HEH), very convenient. Located within an industrial park, so practicality rules with a high level of amenities. Awesome breakfast. Very nice staff. Excellent parking situation (free and close by). Clean, modern, well appointed apartment. Front desk flexible and understanding of special situation.

The laundry facility is minimal and underwhelming for the fee.

Very quiet area, not very far from Lyon's centre if you have a car to get around. Very good accommodations for the asked price. Spacious room for several nights stay. Small kitchenette to prepare simple meals. Spacious bathroom. Secure parking outside hotel.

Lacks perhaps a small table for having meals with a bit of comfort. The existing desk is not very practical for more than one person. Apparently, having to wait a few days to get the room deposit after later room inspection, upon checkout. In my case, I asked for the room inspection to be done right upon checkout in order to have the pending deposit payment reverted to my account, since I was a foreigner. IMO I think this should be the standard procedure.

The refirbished room we had was very nice and we very much enjoy the small self contained unit style of accommodation which is often no more expensive than a hotel room.

The kitchen was missing bowls, toaster and some of the basic cooking equipment normally expected. We thought being charged €5 per day to place our bikes into the undercover parking was a little money hungry.

The breakfast was amazing with its very high quality and variety. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The close proximity to both the metro and the trams.

More parking spaces dedicated to hotel guests would be beneficial, we were allocated a good parking space but there were so few that we could have easily missed out.

You can get good coffee for 2 euros.

I didn't like the necessity to block 200 euros as a deposit. I'm traveling a lot and this was the first time I encountered such practice. There is a small kitchen in the room, but there's no place where to eat apart from the bed.

Super good balance in price/quality. The room had a little kitchen which was really convenient. We were able to leave our luggage for a few hours after the check-out which was really helpful as well.

Even if it is not located downtown it is super accessible to take the metro and be downtown in 15 minutes :)

It was great to not just have a place to stay for one night, but also have some basic kitchen facilities. The studio was very clean, comfortable and provided everything I needed for the night.

Not sure if it was indicated somewhere, but I wasn't aware of the 250€ deposit until I checked in. Very possible that I just missed it in the small print.
