Staff, bedding and breakfast which were all exceptional.

Noise from neighbors' bedroom, as my room and theirs were connected by a thin (locked) door. It also made me uncomfortable making reasonable noise in the evening/night because I was afraid of disturbing them/waking them up.

There are many things to mention... - Spacious room and bathroom, a separate toilet. - Air conditioning in the room (very helpful if the weather is +30 or more outside). - Beautiful interior. - One of the politest staff at the reception I have ever seen. - A bottle of water and tea were refreshed in the room each day (in some hotels they are not, unfortunately) + there are free fruits nearby reception. - Great breakfast. - Location in a quiet and safe district, but far from the centre.

- I could not switch off air conditioning at night, so it may be a bit noisy for the first night until you get used to this background sound. - Very sweet French breakfast: the ratio between sweet and non-sweet food was ca. 4:1. But still the breakfast was great, only ratio can be improved ;)

Beautiful rooms, thoughtful touches, warm and friendly staff. Quiet part of town, some street-side parking options around. The overall feel is artful and in good taste. Rooms have recently been renovated.

The room was a little smaller/tighter than hoped. The door didn't close easily (had to use force to hold and lock/unlock). The hanging light point at the coffee table wasn't working. As my stay was short, I didn't raise these issues. No electric car charging points within walking distance of the property - that would be a nice option to have.

I loved this hotel and as someone who travels very often this place is in my top 3 boutique hotels I stayed so far. Very cozy atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful staff and smiles on their faces. The only suggestion on my end is to improve the photos on booking because I thought the rooms were really small but they weren't so the room size exceeded my expectations. Wish you the best of luck!

The location was very convenient to Hospital Eduard Herriot where my husband was having surgery. I booked a single occupancy room for 2 nights and on the second night my husband was able to move I to the room since he was released early. It was comfortable enough for 2 people.The staff is very nice especially Kevin. Delicious breakfast and the hotel has a beautiful decor and very cozy.

The neighborhood is lacking stores and restaurants. very difficult to find something opened at night and weekends. Pharmacy not close enough.

Very friendly staff who were always willing to listen and help. An air of sweetness can be found in everyone who is working there. Lovely breakfast regardless of a relatively small dining area. We were all happy with the abundant choices in the morning. Dinner is always available at the hotel at a very reasonable price, which is very convenient for families with little ones or elders. Spacious rooms as well - Spotless and nicely decorated! We really had a pleasant stay there and would like to come back one day!

Breakfast was superb with plenty of choice. The staff were extremely helpful and charming. We were also upgraded to a much larger room, at no extra cost, as our luggage could not fit comfortably into the room that was reserved for us. The facilities in the rooms were very good.

The location required a cab or Uber ride into the center. We would have preferred to stay closer, at a walking distance to the center. But the hotel itself was wonderful and we recommend it highly if transport is not an issue.

The staff at this hotel are the nicest most accommodating people I have ever met while travelling. They went above and beyond to help us when our car broke down - liaising with the mechanic, giving us a space to hang out while waiting for a room for an unplanned second night and making sure our family and dog were well taken care of. Everything was perfect. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were clean and well equipped. We will definitely stay again.

We loved our room! The styling and presentation were gorgeous with our little outside garden - which was so nice after traveling for so long with no doors to outside space. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We wish we had more than the one night - didn't want to leave!

No big deal, but would have been better if the location was closer to all. In saying that, we would definitely love to stay here again x

I really the friendliness of the staff, the decoration of the room which was also very clean. The hotel is away from the center in a very quiet area. The breakfast was very good, with lot of very fresh products.

The doors of the room were difficult to lock, so many people ended up slamming the doors to close them. The breakfast area was a bit too small.
