Great location. Close to Old port, restaurants, transport bus and metro. Ibis always designs well and packs all you need into the space efficiently. Lots of good decoration, the "underwater" themed passage between buildings is interesting. Good to have cold water and drinks machine in foyer.

Ceiling sloped down and in a small room felt a bit like living in the boxroom under the stairs. Tiny window let in little light.

Great location just minutes from the port/marina and close to many restaurants (it’s a 20min walk downhill from the train station). Wifi was strong, air conditioning good and bed comfortable. Nespresso and regular vending machine in lobby.

I paid an extra €8 for breakfast and it wasn’t worth it, pastries not fresh, very limited bread options for France, fake juices although dairy free milk was available. No free water or fridge in room, these are now basics in Europe!

We stayed for one night on our way home, Ibis is a very practical chain and I know it's good when you need something simple to host you while on the way, I've often opted for this chain during my road trips. The hotel was pretty crowded but our room had a window facing on an inner courtyard, so it was quiet and nice. Overall we had all we needed and we were satisfied.

It's possible that we didn't find it because there was a lot of people waiting in the hall, probably a tour group, and we didn't feel like bothering the receptionists who were very busy, but some informative material with advices about nearby places to eat would've been appreciated since we felt a bit lost in such a big city, as dwellers of the italian countryside that we are.

Tripple room is a bit too small for three adults. Given it's in a busy tourist spot, it's hard to park. We tried to load on our luggage after picking up our car, but we were not able to stop at the entrance of the hotel. Given it was blocked by 2 other vehiele and we had to move on to avoid causing traffice jam. Other than that, it was great stay.

Great location and room perfectly acceptable and very clean, shame the bed was very squeaky. One receptionist was not particularly nice, quite offhand and borderline rude but the others were fine. Luggage storage was annoying, the machine needed the exact change and didn’t work well; a member of staff who helped me also struggled to get the doors to close.

Well , we were a family of 5, we checked in Late around 10:30 pm, we were tired, we wanted our rooms badly, we received the wrong rooms and the personnel, at the reception, a girl was soooo rude and said like" the pictures u see on your booking are not necessarily the picture of the room you book! It was a hell if night in a room where you should stay on your knees to fit in the shower! the second day, we managed to reach the manager who was mr Stephane and he was an gentleman he followed up the matter, changed our room to a descent one and we enjoyed the rest of our stay in a good mood, thanks to Mr Stephane!

The location was incredible, right behind the Vieux Port. I had to climb some stairs to reach the street where the hotel is located with my suitcase and I did not find this at all difficult even without a suitcase and I am not exactly fit ;-) and the effort was minimal. However - to bear in mind for other with more restricted mobility (not sure about access from another direction). The cleanliness and size of the room were outstanding. I had stayed in a much more expensive hotel nearby earlier and I was expecting less of the Ibis budget but honestly was not disappointed and in fact I found this room more comfortable. Excellent choice and highly recommended. I did not have the breakfast because I overslept so I cannot comment on it but this says a lot about how comfortable the beds are ;-) also plenty of restaurant options nearby since the hotel is right at the port. The staff I interacted with were very friendly and professional. Top!

This hotel is in an excellent location, close to the old port, the metro and many restaurants. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean. We really appreciated the water bottle filling point in the lobby as well as the coffee machine. There was also a microwave on the lobby for use of guests, which we thought was a good idea.

Great Location, functionally good room, good value for money.

Bed didn’t seem all that clean under the cover so slept on top. Room tiny but well laid out and everything we needed for an in and out stay.

The lift was really smelly, it smelt like sewer. The room was a little small, no where to put 2 suitcases but the bath room was an amazing size. Hada lovely view of the courtyard out of our window Was great for 1 night but if we needed to stay longer would don't stay here :(
