Room seemed to have been recently renovated so was modern with useful extras like magnetic phone charger. Reception was very basic so we were very pleasantly surprised when we got to the rooms. Super quiet and excellent air con. Very good value for money. Tram station also right outside. Good communication from them too as we had a very late check in.

Reception is very dated with harsh lighting. We booked a family room but they weren’t actually joined internally just two adjoining rooms. It wasn’t a problem for us as our kids are teenagers but it might be for others with younger children.

Good comfy beds for a good sleep over night... Hotel is 1 tram hop away from Bordeaux airport *(Caroline Aigle stop -- which was also an interesting name and its history to learn about); Accessibility by car was also simple and ample parking on site was available.

The peculiar scent in the hallway / reception area only must be resolved by the management /// (haven't noticed anything similar in the lifts/ stairs / halls areas or rooms)

Room was exactly like the photo - all mods cons, comfortable, clean, also extra touches such as hairdryer and coffee machine. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good - fresh fruit juice, wide selection. All arranged last minute after a flight cancellation and worked perfectly.

Obviously, as expected, there's some airport noise throughout the night.

first impression of reception was not giving away it would be a great experience, but assume parts of hotel are being renovated, staff was very friendly

Location! The tram stop is just outside the gate to the Hotel and is the last stop before the Airport!

Coffee Machine is great… but some MILK would be most appreciated! The 5pm check-in is a problem! This is the latest i’ve experienced anywhere and is disappointing.

We really loved our stay at the Brit Hotel. The room is newly refurbished with top quality fittings. Very quiet, conveniently located close to the airport, free parking. Staff have been outstanding , very friendly and helpful.

Exceptional value for the money; exceptional availability of the room on short notice. Great Location near the airport. WiFi worked perfectly, also.

Could use more counter space in the bathrooms.

The hotel was very basic. The room was extremely small for two people and very dark.
