All staff were welcoming and friendly. Very good cooked and continental breakfast at a very reasonable rate. Nice bar with tv. Rooms were quiet, very good free Wi-Fi, kettle in room and much needed good air conditioning. The hotel is 2 mins away from Chemin Long tram stop with excellent connections to the city centre & the airport.

Most things were good however every night we had to go back to reception so they could re-activate our room key - this happened on all 4 nights we were there.

We just stay for one night, staff were very polite with good English, breakfast was good, plenty to choose from and tasty, beds were comfy, room big enough for the 3 of us, really nice bathroom and shower with instant hot water and loads of it! All room was good and clean enough! Location is perfect for us, just a few minutes from the motorway, easy to find and free car park

The gentleman who works in the office was most helpful in giving us information on the near by tram service to the airport( we didn't have to take a taxi). He also was very helpful in getting us to the nearest gas station so that we could fill up before returning our rental car. Outstanding service!

Nothing to dislike . State was very friendly. Room was very clean.

Great stop over if you are going to the airport or arriving from the airport. Good secure, clean, comfortable rooms. Good quality continental breakfast. No extra charge for car parking.

Some where to get a snack if arriving late. Vending machine for crisps would be a great addition.

I didn’t get to the hotel till very late due to plane being delayed but was met by very nice person at the desk. Showed me to my room which was very cosy and warm. I have used Kyraid before and have always been satisfied and good value for money.

Very clean rooms . Comfy beds. Shutters on windows helped so didn’t wake too early. Good location for tram and restaurants. Secure parking .

A small fridge in room to keep drinks cold. It looks a bit dated but clean and tidy inside.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Memory foam pillows and a very comfortable mattress. Location is very convenient if you are on a road trip crossing France, as it is very close to the motorway so you don't have to detour. Everything was clean, and the bathroom was good quality too. Car park was very accessible.

Location is not the best if you are staying on Bordeaux for a couple of days.

The hotel rooms were of good size, with modern USB charge points and good facilities. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was a good choice of hot and cold and the, coffee was good. Very good value for money.

The location is under heavy construction which makes getting to it challenging but that should finish eventually.

Great location, close to the airport with easy access to the tram. Perfect for a short stay, not huge room but very comfortable bed. Really appreciated the efficient and quiet air conditioning on a hot day and night
