The hotel is very close to the airport and the tram which takes you into the centre of Bordeaux. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are basic and quite small but clean and the beds are comfortable. Good for a couple of nights.

The information sent out needs to be updated. The bus information was incorrect so we ended up getting a taxi which cost €15? They did not tell us that the tram from the airport, every 10 minutes, takes 5 minutes, stops almost outside the hotel and costs €1.80. The bar staff need to learn that an Aperol Spritz costing €7 is not just aperol and sparking water. It should also contain Prosecco or sparkling wine.

Very nice and well-organized room. Even though very close to the airport but very quiet and cozy. Very nice and helpful staff. Very comfy bed. Good localization when you want to fly from Bordeaux but also not that bad when you want to visit the city since they have excellent public transport. You will just spend some time on the bus :). Clean and comfy and the size of the room makes it quite spacious. Extremely nice and helpful staff at the reception desk but also nice staff in the restaurant. Easy way to check in and check out.

Just some details didn't work. These are details very easy to correct. NOT ENOUGH SOCKETS: Electric sockets or an electric extension cord would be useful so that electrical appliances could be plugged in close to the bed. ONLY ONE CHAIR IN DOUBLE ROOM: Double room, but only one chair, so the other person cannot use the desk at the same time. FLOODING BATHROOM PROBLEM: The shower has such a curtain that no matter how you try to flood the bathroom, think about a better solution than a shower curtain.

Had no breakfast as had a very early morning flight. But the location was perfect for driving to the airport. Not sure how we wouldn’t managed if needed to get public transport- but ideal if you have a hire car to return. The girl on reception was very friendly also. Rooms were very clean & ideal for what we needed.

All was good for our needs. Can’t comment if the food or anything else as didn’t avail of.

The room was very clean, more so than I expected and the staff were really nice and helpful :) I have allergies so struggle with breakfast but the staff assisted me to check ingredients meaning I could have some Cereal, fruit and tea :) very impressed, especially for €68! Great location for airport and easy access to bordeaux via tram.

Great value for money. Very close to the airport, that's convenient especially if you are having a late arrival or early departure. And yet not far away from the Bordeaux city center. Tram ride is cheep and convenient. It's very good that there is always someone at the reception of the other hotel in the same building. Daily cleaning. Quiet area...

Not all the lights in the room were working. No soap.

I loved the breakfast, for only 6,50€ you can eat a lot and it’s so delicious. The coffee machines are great, they have a free microwave area where we could warm our supermarket food, and that was AWESOME! I also loved the room, simple and cozy. It was in a good temperature too, since Bordeaux was very cold outside. The bus is right in front of the hotel and it goes to the center, which is amazing.

Nothing I didn’t like, when I back to Bordeaux, I’m staying in this hotel again!

There were two hotels on the site and you could have the choice to eat at either place. The bus to Bordeaux and the airport was just across the road. There is a new tramline being built, which will be fantastic once completed. There are different restaurants and bars in the vicinity of the hotel. We booked last minute as our flights were cancelled and stayed in the 2*. The rooms were basic but for a place to put your head for night it was great. Staff were amazing especially Hanky, very helpful and couldn't do enough for you!!

Only two small pillows on the bed and would have been great to have a kettle and some coffee/tea in the room.

Helpful to have a 24 HR reception as our plane was delayed by 3 hours. Could do with another pillow as they are pretty thin,but they didn't have any spare ones.Staff were polite.

Would be nice if they had small cartons of plant based milk for guests. Orange juice at breakfast was fresh but ran out quickly. Bread was fresh. Basic breakfast but area clean.

It serves the purpose of taking an early morning flight. Very easy access to airport via tram. The tram was just about 4 to 5 mins walk away. The staff.. A guy was very helpful on giving us tips on going to airport..excellent service from him. Easy access to Bourdeux town by tram too.. Just abit stressed by the bunk bed but it was value for money.

good location . easy check In even though a little late , which can cause problems .

bathroom needed needed attention as had broken shower waste , hot shower tap thermostat was not working properly so shower was dangerously hot . hotel staff said there had been problem with mains water supply that affected pressure . no English channels on TV . not unusual for France but would be great if one day someone made an investment.
