Very friendly staff...and nothing was too much trouble . Breakfast was delicious with good choice of cheese, fruit, boiled eggs ,bread and coffee. Room was very clean and tidy. All the staff were very good but I'd like to have a special thanks to Ewa, who was fantastic with all her help, especially her knowledge of speaking russian which was a great relief as I could not speak French. A big thank you from liudmila.......

Everything was great

Breakfast was beyond expectations for an economic stay. I was able to press my own orange juice, a feature only available at 5-star hotels. I was able to command oeuf cocotte. I had unlimited access to the espresso machine. There was fresh fruit, cheese, croissants, it was more than you can get at a 4-star hotels. Staff was very helpful and charming. Had a nice dialogue with Richard the manager. Very pleasant.

This hotel is made by the people who work there. This is of course the case in any establishment, but the people here have something special, attentive, and warm. I don't often see it. They own the place, in a good way, making sure that everything is up to scratch, being open to feedback, and just being really, really helpful and friendly.

It's not the most romantic place, but I know they're working on it, renovating and improving.

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable room.

The postal address I was given was nowhere near the site. The explanation that there were no road names on the retail park wasn't adequate; Google maps could name the two through roads either side. Also, no towels were provided.

Travelling through- so a very convenient place to stay Basic facilities but clean comfortable and worked well for us 👍

24 hour reception. Located next to a KFC so food was not an issue on arrival.

Solid reliable accommodation

Upon my arrival at the hotel, the manager was unfriendly. Things got worse when I asked him about the smell of the room. Rather than attempting to assist, he confronted me and gave me meaningless explanations. He eventually agreed to help me, but not in the best mood one could hope for during his stay.

You get what you pay for, it was relatively cheap and clean.

There was no functioning heater in the room, so they supplied me with a wool blanket instead.
