We stayed 5 nights and had a top floor room with a terrasse which was great . We stayed here in 2022 so it was a return visit. The beds are very comfortable, with good quality bedding. Water bottles are replaced every day which is a nice touch. Breakfast is good, with nice selection of hot and cold with good self service coffee. The location is just perfect for the station, the beach, the shops….. restaurants etc. and it is an oasis of calm with its garden out front . We really like how quiet it is for a city centre hotel. Staff are very helpful and polite at all times. It is not over priced for what is on offer.

The shower pressure was not great but we were top floor. The shower gel / shampoo doesn’t seem like great quality and it ran out on final night. The lift does not go all the way to the top floor so be warned . A couple of flights of stairs did not bother us and reception did offer to help with luggage. We would pick top floor again if given the choice despite this.

Perfect location: less than 10 minutes to Promenade des Anglais and Ruhl Plage (where the hotel provided us with a discount voucher for the sun beds). Around 15 minute walk to the Old Town. Staff: every single member of staff were polite, friendly and helpful. This really made our trip! Pre-arrival email: the hotel contacted us prior to our arrival and asked us to carry out a quick survey. In the survey we requested information regarding restaurants and how to reach the hotel from the airport. This was so useful - thank you!

Our room was a little small (a Standard Double) but the property does provide measurements when booking. This is not a complaint as it was our responsibility to figure this out. I only mention it as perhaps it’s worth upgrading to a larger room if this type of thing bothers you/if you’re staying for a long time. It didn’t bother us for a four night stay (especially for the price we paid - great value!).

As an accomplished traveller, undervalue my review at your peril. The adequate yet proficient establishment offers great value for money and meets one's requirements. A moderate walk from the city centre however extremely accessible to major transport links. A short walking distance from the magnificent promenade. This delight offers a good breakfast, including a small hot plate and continental treats. The freshly squeezed orange juice is a vibe. Cleanliness is not an issue at this hotel. Oh no, The room was cleaned on the morning of check out as I was tucking into my pain au chocolat. Efficient must be the motto. Efficiency is key.

The pillows are below the rating of adequate as ones cranium is used to a Mallard feathered cloud. Other than that the walls are thin.

Property is really lovely. The garden is just beautiful. It was lovely to sit outside for breakfast each morning and have a coffee and tea in the garden in the evenings. The room was comfortable and very clean. The bed was also comfortable. It was lovely having a kettle in the room to make a drink and the staff were very obliging providing us with fresh milk when needed. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. we had a problem booking 4 nights together but the staff sorted this out for us very quickly. The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to the promenade, Old Town and marina. Transport from the airport involves a tram to a station a 4 minute walk from the hotel. So simple and convenient. We will definitely return and certainly recommend.

Excellent location. Short walk from airport-tram stop, train station and from promenade. On a quiet side street. Garden was great, sunny in the morning. Staff excellent, especially in the breakfast room. Excellent breakfast buffet. Quiet, apart from occasional loud guests in the corridor - even though there was an inner door in the room. Some people just have no consideration for others. Fridge and a safe in the room.

I thought the room was a bit two-star. TV didn't work, despite receptionist's efforts. I usually don't even turn on hotel TVs, but I wanted to watch Ireland-France match. I tried instead to watch it on Sky Go, but the wifi, usually fine, was terrible that night. None of this would stop me returning.

Very helpful staff and very friendly communication even before we came. The staff made exceptional efforts to provide an excellent service. The rooms were large, a little old but fine. Good location for walking to the promenade or old town. We had reserved parking through the hotel, but we were lucky to get on-street parking right outside the main entrance and the staff were great about helping us re-arrange this. Breakfast buffet was good, wide selection. We enjoyed our brief stay, will stay here again next time we are in Nice area.

Hotel is well located and although deep within a vibrant city, the gardens made it feel a little like it was outside the hustle and bustle - very pleasant outlook.

Having to leave earlier on the day of departure meant we would miss the sit down breakfast. We requested the day before that a takeaway was made up on departure - alas the morning reception team were not aware of this and although pre-paid, we had no food or drinks to take the airport - this was very disappointing!

Hotel was great for our one night stay in Nice.

What we didn't like was that our room faced the street and since the air conditioning wasn't available, we had to have the window open for air. Unfortunately, this didn't do much to cool our room and there was a lot of noise coming from the street. If the air conditioning had been working, we would have had less noise and would have been able to sleep more comfortably. Obviously, noise from the street isn't the hotel's fault but I would definitely ask for a room not facing the street!

Lovely hotel in a great location, short walk to the tram, the beach, shopping and restaurants. We loved the treed courtyard which we enjoyed every morning with our coffee. The hotel is beautifully appointed. Our room was really big and comfortable and we had view of the courtyard. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

That breakfast was not included with the cost of the room. The price of the room was quite expensive so adding breakfast for four people per day was just too much.

There is no special benefit at their partner beach, Ruhl Plage, except a small discount. But you are not allowed to reserve in advance so when we went there at opening time (9:00) there was a very long queue. In other hotels, if they have a private/partner beach, their customers can reserve the places in advance. Anyway, we went to Bocca Mare beach and they were very nice, they also accepted reservation.
