The apartment location was perfect for everything. The beach, restaurants and transport were.all very near.

The accommodation itself is a bit tired. There are no breakfast facilities or pool anymore, we were told this was due to covid, although everyone else seems to have moved on now. Also, we had to collect our own bedding for the sofa bed, as they said they couldn't bring it to us ? That was a bit odd. Apart from that the staff were lovely and it was good value for money.

Our apartment was perfect - clean, comfortable and spacious. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the promenade, and about a 20-minute walk to Old Nice. There is also a tram stop just a few minutes away that brings you right to the airport. The staff at the front desk were friendly and very helpful with any queries we had. There was no noise from the hallways or outside the apartment, although we didn't leave our windows open at night so it may be different if you do.

Although the bed was large and spacious, the mattress was quite firm (I generally like this so it was comfortable for me, however, my partner prefers a softer bed and experienced some mild back pain from it - it may depend on your preference). The sheets on the bed weren't the most comfortable, and the pillows were a little flat (Again, this may come down to personal preference, and I'm sure the staff may be able to accommodate additional pillows if required). The air conditioning was not very powerful, so it wasn't as cool as would have liked.

The staff were super friendly and helpful! Given that we were a religious couple staying over our sabbath, means we can't use any electricity, and the staff were super accommodating. The apartment doors open with a manual key and we left it with the 24-hour reception when leaving and arriving they kindly opened the automatic doors for us! Perfectly situated right near everything, 5 min from the beach. Super clean and has plenty of room

For someone looking for an up-to-date place, this is not for you... It's not very modern but super nice and clean and that was the main thing for us and we didn't need anything modern!

We were given a free upgrade to a larger apartment which consisted of a bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and small kitchen. It was very spacious and everything was clean and worked well. The bed was very comfortable and the spacious tiled bathroom facilities included double sinks, a large corner bath, plenty of white fluffy towels and a separate toilet. We arrived late at night from the airport but the hotel was very close to the tram stop and easy to find. Check in and out was efficient and we were able to store our bags after checkout. We only stayed one night en route to our main accommodation but the location is close to the beach and to central Nice.

The hotel felt like it had seen better days and was in decline. The foyer and reception area gave budget accommodation/hostel vibes and the swimming pool was no longer open. We were not expecting to be asked for a damage deposit on arrival. The room decor (lots of dark wood) was dated and tired. There was also a musty damp smell in our room.

The location of the apartment is great, 2 minutes walk from the beach, 5 minutes walk from the old city of Nice. The apartment is big with comfortable beds and a big bathroom. It also has a kitchen, 2 closets, a safe, coffee and a dishwasher. The staff were very friendly and gave us beach towels. Parking lot is in the same building as the apartment with an elevator.

When we entered the apartment for the first time it had a weird smell. There was also a bad smell from the bathroom garbage can. It was a bit hard to drive in the parking lot as it has very narrow passages.

Very helpful front desk, car parking onsite, very comfortable room, great bathroom.

Ideal central location, a few minutes walk to the beach and to the main areas for shopping bars and restaurants. It's also only a short walk to the metro and train station. The apartment we had was very spacious with a comfortable bed.

The only downside was it felt quite dated, it's also a shame the pool has been closed I think it would be a great addition. Also house keeping is only included for one day of the trip which isn't ideal but clean towels could be got when needed.

We've been in this hotel for the second time already. It offers very nice apartments and is located close to the beach, the city center and the local (underground) tram station. Although this time they didn't provide breakfasts themselves, it was possible to have breakfasts for free in the hotel across the street (and they were very good).

It was a pity that they (as many other hotels after covid, to be fair) have reduced services they provide - eg changing towels and cleaning rooms not every day, mostly relying on proactive position of visitors (if you need something, you can go and ask and highly probably your request will be fulfilled, but not that they will propose it themselves).

The property has nice location and close to the beach and shops, trams and ext.. The rooms was comfortable with lovely air conditioning

The kitchenette is too small. The pillows too thin . If you wish to open window to have some fresh air that would be to noisy throughout 24 hours but it’s no noise if the windows closed. I would not recommend to live your luggage with out your supervisor at the hotel luggage area. It’s not that secure. We did live our suitcases there and as result someone did stil our laptop. That episode just ruined all the goodness about the hotel for us. This is really unfortunate because the staff from reception always was super nice and helpful.

Super convenient location - 10min walk from Nice-ville train station, a carrfoure closeby to the hotel & 3-4 minutes walk to where all the restaurants are and the beach as well. Friendly staff, Thanks to Pettea for her kind help (hope I got the spelling right) & all the lovely ladies at the reception.

Cleaning once every 4 days otherwise extra charge to be paid. However, they do offer clean towels and necessities whenever required which was fine :)
