The staff was exceptional the room was clean with an updated bathroom. The room had a terrace with table and seating for 2. The breakfast was a good value with options for all travellers. Walking distance to everything and if walking isn't your cup of tea, the Tram is 5 minutes away

Arrived during a heat wave and us being on the 5th and or top floor itwas warm. They sent up someone to inspect the AC and said it was fine which I'm sure it was but just wasn't enough air flow coming from it, however they gave us a fan and with a little bit of care such as closing the shutters at night to avoid the morning sun we managed to keep it cool and comfortable.

The suites are very pretty and spacious. The complimentary access to the rooftop pool was a nice add-on to our vacation. Overall we really appreciated our stay.

Some parts of the room looked a bit shabby, but maybe it's the intention of the hotel to keep this "aged" look. The room was lacking a hairdryer and the reception had to bring one for us from the other hotel. The breakfast was alright, but it would've been nice to have vegan croissants or at least vegan yogurt.

Mister Abdelkader in the reception made our stay very good. He was so helpful and kind! He gave us fantastisk service and made our stay very comfortable even we arrived very late in the evening. Thank you very much Abdelkader for your helpfullness and kindness.

Traditional hotel in a stellar location. Air conditioned rooms, lovely balcony over looking an attractive city street, front desk staff TOP TIER! They offered an exceptional standard of customer service and were genuinely kind and eager to assist.

our room was a bit tired but for the price, it wasn’t something I’d complain about. Everything worked as it should.

Pool access at the nicer hotel down the road

our original room was nothing like the pictures and smelt of smoke. staff were very friendly and helpful and moved our room. new room was tired but better than original. not the cleanest - pube found in bathroom

Great location, so close to the Promenade des Anglais and to Nice-Ville train station. Our room was cleaned every day. Breakfast was mediocre but nothing particular to complain about. I really appreciated the pool in Splendid hotel.

Incredible hotel, facilities were all brand new and pristine. The decor was amazing and the staff went above and beyond to be so helpful!

Hotel charged 21€ for calling a cab in a situation when we needed to go to doctor… payment came as a surprise when we checked out.

Location was great, minutes from the beach.. about 20 minutes to the main bars/restaurants and port, but plenty beside the hotel as well and quiet area. Lovely room with a mini balcony. Loved having access to the pool in the neighbouring hotel next door as well. Staff were all welcoming and friendly.

Juliana at the front desk was a terrific and friendly hostess for the hotel and the city. Great location about 4 blocks from main beach promenade.

Rooms are a bit dark and dingy, but clean and good value as you can access pool next door.
