Very comfortable room, you have there whatever you want. You get the own kitchen and tableware, big bathroom, place for work with table and chair. And I enjoyed the bed! Very convenient.

Difficult to find the enter. The location is a bit far from the centre.

Noisy neighbours and rooms isolation weak

Lidl supermarket next to the accommodation, very comfortable bed and functional heating system, which helped in the cold winter days. Helpful staff that allowed us to check in early. Kitchenette equipped with all necessary tool for a short stay. Big bathroom with heated towel rack. Easy access to transportation for the city centre with bus stops closed by.

Would be helpful if the kitchenette had an oven. The area where the accommodation is located was not the most welcoming, but we had no issues regarding safety.

The neighborhood is a bit marginalized and there is no good air flow in the Room. There was a fan to help with the heat.

The Reception staff is excellent. She is the one I could see speaking in English so clear.

A little bit far away from city centre but just 10 minutes away from tram station.

The hostel is located 10 mins from the tramway stop and just a few from many buses. 10 mins by public transport to Riquier train station and 20 mins to the center. The neighborhood is not attractive but there is a lidl supermarket, grocery and bakeries. Contact with the hostel was really good, by booking and personally during check in. A bed in our room was comfortable and nothing disturbed us at nights.

The kitchen might have been equipped better, just one knife is not sufficient but these are details.

Me and my girlfriend are remote workers in IT so for us it's important to have place for work with laptops, strong wifi, availability of shops, kitchen and place to safely park the car. City Residence Nice covers all of these and even more. For the lowest price among similar offers we got spacious, clean apartments with comfortable bed in extremely quite building 30m away from Lidl supermarket. Wifi was good, kitchen has all you need. There's an elevator, underground parking. Administrator on reception is extremely polite, provided all information that might be needed. Neighbours are also great. I can't express how satisfied we are. I recommend this apartments to everyone and if I visit Nice next year will book them again.

Everything was great. Just one recommendation - room really lacks sockets near the bed - there's no place to connect mobile chargers. We travel with extension cord with 6 extra sockets, so we could solve the issue, but it would be cool if sockets would already be there.

The room was clean and very tidy. Although the location is far from the center it is very easy to reach by bus from the center.

I did not like that there were no good directions to the room since the room is located in a large building. Also, in our case there was a mistake of keys so we had to wait a long time before we could enter our room. The second day we wasted a lot of time trying to open the room lock as the key (electronic key) was deactivated. We still enjoyed our stay.

Overall it was decent. The room had everything and was quite comfortable. The location is not as central but it is very well connected by city transportation and there is lidl on 3 min walk distance.

They are charging additional fees if you want a clean towel or a cleaning service and you have to clean your room before leaving otherwise they are charging 50e free. Personally I don't think that is acceptable for a "hotel"
