The location is great, 4 minutes to the train station (from where you get trains for travelling the entire coast) and 15 max to the beaches. Also the airport is easily accessible by tram. The staff was great, young and happy to help. The breakfast was great, they have the perfect american pancakes, imo. :) But mostly sweet, french, so maybe not a great one for meat lovers, even if they’ve got some. Very clean, the service is available daily, if wanted. We enjoyed our stay very much and we gladly recommend it especially for the location.

On the sixth floor, where we had our room, the air conditioner was very loud. We got used to it, but it might be an incovenience for those with sleep issues.

Very comfortable room, good big bed, clean. The breakfasts are super, especially the coffee, the staff in the kitchen is very friendly, especially the young guy, polite, cheerful and generally cool

It is indicated in the description of the room that there is a hairdryer and an iron, but they are not in the room itself; you have to ask for them at the reception. You can simply change the description of the room to make it clearer that they are not in the room itself.

The location was great! The best place to stay if you plan to travel to cities nearby such as: Monte Carlo or Cannes. Only 200 m from the train station. The hotel is also very close to the Alsace-Lorraine station (if you land @Nice Airport). Walking distance to get to the old town of Nice. The twin room was clean, spacious enough for one or two people, with a nice bathroom inside.

The only thing that I didn't like - I was unable to set the room AC temperature myself. It was somehow prefixed by the hotel. So, that's something I suggest to be fixed for those people who need to be warmer. For me it was okay.

Central position to visit the city and also the surrounding main locations thank to Nice-Ville station. Lots of different lightnings in the room. Nice to have the option of having a shower or a bath. Comfortable bed and clean room. You also have a kettle and a small fridge.

International channels on television not working, so only shows and movies in French available. But this is just a little thing, we weren't really bothered for it. Overall rating is honestly very good, considering the price and the location.

The hotel was in a prime location, 5mins walk from the nice ville railway station and 5mins walk from many restaurants. The beach was around 10-15mins walk as well. We loved the concept of free water fountain which allowed us to use less plastic by not buying plastic water bottles. Overall a good stay. The WiFi speeds were good as well.

The room had a TV but had only French channels which didn't matter to us but just in case this helps someone else. Otherwise everything else was really good.

Beds are so comfortable. Fabulous location for the train station giving easy and quick access to all towns along the coast. 15 min walk to the old town, beach. Quiet and very clean hotel. Reception staff very helpful. 9 min walk to the tram stop for direct tram to the airport costing only 1.5 euro. Note the trams stop at 8pm

We had a room at the front of the building which meant we did experience traffic noise. However we discovered on the second night of our stay a switch to bring down a shutter which helped enormously.

The room was modern, spacious for the price and very clean. the staff were absolutely lovely and there were numerous welcome gifts (beach bag, beach blanket, fan, chocolates and a drink voucher). the hotel is located right next to the train station making it an easy walk with luggage, then not too long of a walk to the beach. there aren’t many facilities but it has all the necessities. excellent value, would highly recommend for couples

Single room has more of queen size bed, very cute little balconies and kettle and fridge in the room which is amazing for a single room. Black out curtains, free water in room and Chromecast on TV too were a nice touch. Free hot drinks all day in the lobby, lots of communal spaces in the lobby too, to eat or work on laptops while drinking free coffee. Options to decline room cleaning for prolonged stays in keeping with a more eco-friendly approach. Really close to the train station, tourist office and lots of public transport options for those who want to explore more of the Cote d'Azur.

If I'm being picky there were little bits here and there in the room that needed a little tlc (broken rim on shower or taped up switch on wall) but nothing which effected the functionality of the room or would put me off staying again.

I went with my sister for only one night. It was really good, the staff was really kind and helpful, specially Eleonora. As we arrived before the check in hour, they kept our luggage for the whole day, even after we checked out.The room was clean and well organized, it had all the facilities, including mini fridge, a safe, extra pillows and blankets. We took the breakfast in the morning, it was a good buffet, including pastries, cereals, cheeses, hams, boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt, cold and hot drinks. Regarding location, is right next to the main train station: Gare of Nice and maybe 25-30 minutes walking distance from the city center. Overall It was a very good option evaluating price quality. I would return without a doubt.

As it is very near the train station, you can hear the noice from the trains, but it is not that loud or serious.

Lovely and clean easy to find and close to Nice Ville Gare. We booked this last minute because our booking with Airbnb turned out to be a scam. Staff were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was good and there was free coffee, tea and water all day. Some nice touches for the rugby 🏉. I would highly recommend.
