The receptionist was extremely kind and always helped us with information. The room was clean and the amenities were reloaded every day. The whole hotel was very nice, and it is located 3 min from the main train station where we could get on all of the trains to the nearest villages (Monaco, Cannes etc.). The main alley is about 10 min away from the hotel, however, if you walk to the hotel during the night, it is not very safe. We were two girls and had some unpleasant experience walking during the night to the hotel. During the day everything is great.

Very modern design villa, the room was clean and had everything we needed (toiletries, hair dryer, kettle, disposable slippers). Location was great, 15 mins walk to the seaside, 5 minutes away from the train station, shops/supermarkets just round the corner. Lots of breakfast/coffee shops around. Close to all tourist attractions. Villa offered free map of Nice. We were arriving late so door code for villa&room was very handy - we could check in any time. Staff was very friendly, smiley and helpful.

Water pressure was a bit low.

The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The host was responsive and helpful. Everything that we needed was in the apartment. Location is perfect - close to city center and beach. The place is also dog-friendly!

Maybe terrace could be improved (ACs and wires could be hidden, a little fence between apartments, etc.). The cooker is inductive but there were pans for gas stove and at first we thought it didn’t work - so maybe it’s better to take away those pans and pots that aren’t suitable for that stove.

We loved the location of the apartment, everything was close, including the sea, the Old Town, the designer shops, bars and restaurants. Quiet, apart from the nightclub, but that wasn't too bad at all. Very comfy bed, very clean and helpful staff.

My fault, I thought I'd booked a room, but had actually booked an apartment. This was a 12 minute walk from the hotel. It would have been easier perhaps to have a key safe and the address been given earlier. Having said that...we loved it

Upon our arrival the staff at the reception was very accomodating and approachable. He speak english well so it was easy to communicate. The ambiance was very cozy and we like the vibe. It was a very small hotel but it made our trip pleasant and hassle free. The location was accessible with the train station, buses, tram and taxi bay nearby. There was no elevator but the rooms were clean and supplied with every essentials needed in a hotel room. On our 2nd day we changed rooms because they said there was an error in their system but it was no problem at all because the staff gave us new room in no time. Overall the experience was 5/5. Excellent service.

The location was close to the train station and a reasonable walk to the beach, shopping and the historical areas. The hotel is very clean and comfortable. Our room wasn’t huge but had space for a large bed and dressing table, closet, bathroom with a shower. The security was very good with exterior and room door codes. Breakfast is available with prior notice at the front desk. The staff are VERY friendly and exceptionally helpful.

We missed the message about a code for the front door - but a staff person let us in. I think they are sending the code information earlier now. The stairs are circular - staff helped with our bags - without their help it would have been awkward to reach our room with our luggage.

The cleanliness, modern renovation, thoughtful amenities far exceeded this small hotel’s 2 star rating. We were sent by email the entrance codes for our room and to the entrance door, although the reception wasn’t always occupied, communication was fast and proactive by the receptionist. hotel is very convenient for the train station, we were there only one night and wished we had time for a longer stay.

Only “ complaint “ is that if you have heavy or large luggage, a room on the upper floors can be difficult as there is no lift. The receptionist gracefully volunteered and carried our bags when he was present. No other complaints from us!

Hotel was easy to get to, 10 mins walk from tram stop to / from airport. It was five mins from the main train station and in walking distance of the promenade des anglais and other attractions. The entry to the hotel and room was by code which worked well. There is also a robe and slippers for you to relax in in your room. I didn't try the breakfast

Coffee / tea refills not always done - coffee only appeared on one day (really minor and not an issue for me)

Was a pretty little hotel in close proximity to the train station and only a 20-minute walk to the old town. The room was simple but comfortable and provided all the necessary amenities. The staff were also very welcoming and friendly.

If you want to be close to the old town and the beach it may not be the ideal location, or you need to make sure you take everything you need with you. However, it is easy enough to navigate to these locations.

An unusual hotel where they send you the door code as well as another code to open your room before you arrive. The room itself was very clean as was the bathroom.

The bed was very noisy as was the fridge - I had to unplug it to get to sleep. Also, the sound proofing in the room could have been better as I heard everyone going past my room all night.
