Central, nice breakfast. Friendly at reception and gave us a kettle and extra pillow when requested. Comfortable beds.

Water wasn’t very hot but was okay

Located near train station. Room and bathroom very clean. Good continental breakfast. Pleasant staff.

Tiny room and bathroom. Absolutely no storage in cupboard for clothes due to safe being on lower shelf, had to live out of suitcase. Bed linen clean but had holes in it. Room needs TLC such as a fresh coat of paint etc. Not the worst place but could be so much nicer with a bit of care and attention.

Great location, especially if you want to visit other towns. AC worked amazingly. Staff was always available and housekeepers were lovely. Fridge in room was also awesome. Had everything one could need.

Nothing much except that the rooms are on the smaller size and the towels smell like vinegar.

Located near the main train station. Very clean and cosy room. Friendly personnel. An excellent value for money.

After dark you should be alert when returning to the hotel due to homeless.

We went out for Breakfast for the simple reason that we wanted to experience the culture . Our stay at your hotel was wonderful . The rooms were lovely and clean … were cleaned every day and the bed was very comfortable. All the staff were really friendly and very helpful. The rooms were warm when they need to be . Was nice to be able to open a window ..

The woodwork needed painting . Would have liked a kettle and some cups . The floor was a bit hard .. could do with some underlay under the carpet to make it more comfortable under foot .

Hotel and my room were very clean. Housekeeping staff was friendly and helpful and so was the front desk staff. Great location for walking around Nice and taking train excursions, I visited Ventimiglia in Italy (bring your passport!!). Many small restaurants on the same street with hotel and adjacent streets. Three blocks down from hotel is a major shopping 🛍️ street, Avenue Jean Medecin with department store Galleries Lafayette, H&M clothing store, and many boutiques, restaurants and sidewalk cafes for people-watching. A little over 1km, less than a mile to walk to the beach boulevard Promenade des Anglais. Cheaper restaurants are on the side streets. The food is good almost anyway you eat, including the Vietnamese restaurants on Rue Alsace Lorraine where Hotel due Midi is located. If I return to France and specifically to Nice, I will very likely stay here again.

Please plug in the TV and the electric card in advance so guests don't have to try to figure it out! Tell American guests to pull the toilet knob as high as it goes to flush the toilet, we are used to only pushing buttons and levers, not pulling, LOL. 😂 Taxi ordered by hotel tried to charge me €50 for airport although hotel told me €40 so be careful and verify trip price with driver in advance.

Great Location, steps from the train station and very close to the main avenue. Not that far from the beach either, you can catch public transport for a 5 minute ride or take a very nice 20 minute walk. The staff are great, as soon as I arrived I was greeted with a map of Nice and suggestions on what to do every day. The room was impeccable and cleaned daily, nicely decorated and had fridge, safe and thermostat.

Only one of the nights, the street got really noisy outside, but I guess it is normal for Nice to have late party goers walking around.

Great Hotel to stay if using train and Eurail to trip Europe . Small but modern clean room but anything economical in France seems to be the same . Wireless Internet was good . Mostly helpful reception service apart from Check out extra charge . Close enough walk to all the attractions . ( around 10-15 mins )

Breakfast is only average . We let housekeeping clean our room when they arrived one late afternoon and went downstairs to get a machine coffee while she worked . On check out found we had been charged 4 Euro for 2 coffees . Receptionist then proceeded to point out the small print on one of the many flyers on his desk explaining these charges . No Electric kettle in room .

Clean, spacious room, close to the train station (2mins walk), it’s bit further away from old town/beach (about 20mins walk), but it was fine. Good air on, nice coffee at breakfast.

Internet kept disconnecting every few minutes. Or it showed you are on Wi-Fi, but it wasn’t working. Receptionist re-booted the wifi, was working for a while, but when we got back to hotel after dinner it was playing up again.

We were greeted by friendly staff. The room exceeded our expectations and contains everything you need for a short vacation. It is very clean, and the view from the balcony is to be desired. The accommodation is close to the center and easy to get to. The breakfast is delicious and at an affordable price. When leaving the hotel, we found the understanding of the staff, so even after checking out, our things remained in the hotel until our return (flight).

The breakfast could be more varied, and the towels smelled strange (like acid). Everything else was perfect for us.
