The gym and it’s amazing views, even boasts a sauna! Rooms were cozy, clean and comfortable. Also, really liked the club area and restaurant. Food was great, so was the vibe and the staff was super friendly. Liked the fact that unlimited filtered water, lemonades, fresh teas, coffees and snacks were available - good quality ones, free of charge and most of them at all times. Also lunch and dinner could be ordered at any time from noon onwards. I will definitely repeat!

- The air conditioning was not cold, even on the coolest setting. Quite surprising for a modern building in the middle of summer. - Not necessarily a bad thing but our room had an open concept shower and sink. Only the toilet is closed off in an unusable space with a door. If sharing a room, make sure youre comfortable with that.

The hotel is very well located. Close to the tram stop from where you can get to the centre of Nice in 15-20 minutes. The airport can also be reached by tram, or you can walk to the airport in 10-15 minutes. There is also a local train station nearby. Just 40 minutes and you are in Monaco. The hotel is quiet and the staff at reception are very friendly and helpful. The rooms themselves are quite clean but maybe a slightly darker, which makes them a little less cosy. The "club" - eating place always provides snacks and tea/coffee for free, which is nice.

Everything was OK.

The staff is very welcoming. The lounge area is a real plus. It offers a gathering place feeling. Though we did not use the other amenities such as the exercise room, sauna and computer station this is a thoughtful addition. The room, though a bit small was designed well and we were comfortable. The shower was perfect. Oh, I must add we were so happy and a little surprised with a most amazing dinner prepared by a talented young chef. It was fresh, vibrant and of the best ingredients.

I am so sorry to say that for both of us the bed was not comfortable. The bed linen was very nice but the mattress was so hard it was difficult to sleep well. I think a mattress topper would help.

Good location close to the airport, easy access to public transport to go to Monaco, Cannes or Old Nice, PERFECT BAR with FREE COFFEE, FREE ORANGE JUICE and WATER, FAST INTERNET spacious with balcony and 30-40 tables to work or chill at. No balcony but thats the style of the building so its understandable. Would be amazing for the hotel to have bicycles and electric scooters to rent.

Excellent location right near the Nice airport and Nice Saint-Augustin train station, both which you can easily walk to if you’re not loaded with luggage. When you enter the hotel, take the lift to the eighth floor where you’ll find reception. From there you’ll take the lift again back down to whatever floor your room is on. My room was exceptionally clean, and best of all, it was dead quiet—like being in a vacuum. Bed was very comfortable; climate control was excellent. Food wise, I had breakfast on one of the mornings, and there was plenty there to last you for the day. I liked the lounge area where you could come up for a coffee throughout the day. From there, a door leads to a really nice outdoor area where you can sit and enjoy the view. Compared with other hotels in the area, I found the Okko an excellent value.

I love the hotel, the concept, the staff, the location! I met Fahd on my first day, he was the waiter on duty that Friday, and he was super friendly and kind to inform me about Nice and things to be cautious about. The room is simple yet cozy, I really enjoyed my solo travel and would love to stay here again :)

I had a bad experience checking in with another customer. It took a while for me to check in due to a card issue, and I arrived already so late in the night due to my flight delay. This other customer just couldn't be patient and decided to cut me to be checked in first because she already paid, little does she know that I also already paid. She gave me a super attitude about this, and unfortunately the staff didn't really support me being treated rudely by another customer.

The location was awesome. It is right in the middle of the centre and only 2km away from Nice Airport. It takes only 5 minutes to get to the airport. In addition to that. The hotel, the room and the breakfast were so wonderful that I spent most of my first day inside the hotel and my room. The room had everything a person can possibly need and beyond. The sea view from the balcony was fascinating. As soon as you step outside the hotel, the sea and all the touristic places are very close and definitely safe.

There is nothing I didn't like at all.

it was clean Cousy and very organized.. 24/7 you could get complimentary fruits , snacks, tea coffee water and even juices.. this was a great added value as due to location getting food could be challenge in case u forgot to get something in the way back.. hotel was clean, modern and very kind staffs..

the price of breakfast and food was too high for the quality they were providing..that is the only negative point.. rest all were ok.. hotel was bit far from center but very easy access to train and with taxis it was no hassle

Walking distance from the airport, a modern hotel with contemporary decor. Facilities are superb. Has a gym, dedicated ironing room, WiFi is excellent. The residents can enjoy unlimited coffee and tea which is exceptional quality for free in the lounge open to all residents. Some snacks are also available through out, and are on the house. Priced very reasonably, it is total value for money. The best part of the hotel however are the staff who work as a great team. The best I have seen so far. They take initiative and are out to help you when you might need them.

Location is a little distant from the tourist areas and old city and main beaches. But the connectivity through bus and tram is excellent and the stops are right next door.
