First of all the stuff was super helpful and nice and I thank them a lot for their service . The hotel is okay and the room is let’s say a good value for its price , but the hotel policies are kind of scam . You should be aware before booking this hotel that the cleaning is NOT included. I have been travelling a lot and this was the first time ever I rented a 3 star hotel and you had to pay extra for the cleaning. Also the parking that they work with is pretty bad and it was inconvenient for us to use , it’s not entirely their fault but still they work with someone that has also bad critics . Regarding the location, it’s great if you want to be close to the airport and close to trams to take you to the centre , but if you want to live close to the centre is far away

The apartment complex is located next to the airport so ideal for a stay before/after your flight or if you have a car and want to visit the places nearby on top of Nice. If you don’t have a car I don’t recommend staying here as there are no places to eat and the city center is 50 mins by public transport. For us it was great though as we had the car and wanted to travel around so it really depends on your needs.

The car parking is on the 5th floor and a bit challenging to drive up there because it’s extremely narrow so if you have a big car is nearly impossible. Also the bedsheets were stained but they did change them when I let them know which I really appreciated. It would be good to provide fresh towels without an extra fee to pay and also the machine to get coins for the laundry was not working during the night so we couldn’t get the coins nor the washing detergent.

The hotel was unexpectedly difficult to find. Google Maps led to the wrong place according to the address, and Booking website said that maps is not available. In the end, I found the hotel among other buildings only by the photo. The hotel room was comfortable, spacious and pleasant. The bed is very comfortable, all the necessary equipment is available. There were dishes, pots and pans in the kitchenette (although I didn't use them myself). A refrigerator is a necessary thing in hot weather. Tram L2 stop is near the hotel (approx. 500 m). It is a convenient way to travel to the center of Nice. Tickets can be bought from a machine at the stop. It must be taken into account that if a group of tourists buy tickets before you at the stop, you may miss several trams while waiting for them. It is not recommended to travel without a ticket, because then you will not be able to get out of the metro in the city center.

They are probably office buildings, because on Saturday night and early Sunday morning, the area was completely deserted. A strong wind blew between the houses, crunching the dry leaves. Moving alone was a really scary feeling. You could only hear your own steps. Passageways between buildings were dim or dark. It felt like someone could be lurking behind every pillar or corner. Fortunately, there was no one. So moving alone in the dark is pretty scary.

I recently stayed at Residhome hotel and had a fantastic experience. The room was very cozy, and the mattress was perfectly firm, making it a pleasure to sleep. The area was quiet and peaceful, providing a comfortable atmosphere. Overall, I enjoyed my stay immensely and found everything to be clean and well-kept. The location was convenient, being close to the airport and just a short walk to the tram stop, which made it easy to explore the city. The staff was incredibly attentive, polite, and always greeted me with a smile. Their friendliness made me feel more at home than I ever expected. Every interaction was pleasant, and they went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. I truly felt pampered and cared for during my time there. It was a delightful experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming experience!

I had a comfy stay at the Residhome. Very clean and quiet - my room faced an inside grass roof. The apartment had many light options and power outlets, in case you need to work remotely or have equipment to charge. There were also not many guests in the hotel. The area is very quiet, business-like (offices, hotels, and a high school nearby) and what I loved the most is how close it is to the SNCF station and the communication hub (trams and buses). The location is away from the city center proper and the old town of Nice, but they are easily accessible.

The air conditioning didn't seem to work properly, when switched to heat, it took time to raise the temperature (it was the end of December). Also, the water pressure in the shower was low - could be because the apartment was on a higher floor, but if there were not many guests at the hotel, the pressure could get even lower. Another thing is that there were not many grocery stores close by and the food places in the neighborhood were mostly closed, could be that only for the Holidays.

The location was near the train station Nice St Augustine and close to the airport 5-10 min by walk. The studio room was good as size, we had comfortable double bed and the kitchenette was good to have it.

Not enough toilet paper in the room during the 4 nights stay. They asked to let the kitchen clean but they didn't provide any cleaning supplies ( dishwasher sponge, detergent). Unfortunately we received only one set of plastic bags for garbage during the stay. The heating system didn't work properly, it was saying there were 20 degrees, we activated the heat to 22 but the temp didn't change, it was between 19-20 degrees all the time.

So many convenient things we benefited from! The staff allowed us an early check in (I did ask a few days ahead) and were helpful to us in securing a taxi. It was nice that the staff spoke English. While it was within walking distance to the airport (it’s much closer to terminal 1 than 2), we opted to get one due to our early check in (4am) as well as our companion who had 2 heavy luggages; the staff arranged the taxi for as and even had a reminder phone call. We also enjoyed the proximity to 2 public transportation (train, tram). We were able to cook light breakfast and dinner as well.

Very nice and clean hotel, situated at less than 10 minutes away from the airport Terminal 2 with the tram number L2 or L3, and 30 minutes away from the port of Nice with tram number L2. For the tram you can easily purchase a ticket from the automat, or you can install their app and it works perfectly fine on ios and android. The ticket price for one trip is 1,7€, but I recommend to buy a daily ticket or a 7 day pass and travel around with the bus or tram. Also the train station is ~7 min away walking, from where you can take the train and visit other places too. (for example: Cannes, Antibes, Eze, Cap d’Ail, Monaco, Menton ….) The room was clean and cozy, just perfect for 1 week in Nice. The bed was very comfy and also the pillows. In the room you have everything you need if you want to cook breakfast/lunch/ dinner, or just to enjoy a good glass of wine. The staff of the hotel were very friendly and welcoming. I recommend 100%. - Thank you!

I recently stayed at Residhome Nice Aéroport and overall, it was a very satisfactory experience. The hotel met my expectations in every regard. The rooms were clean and quiet, providing a comfortable environment for rest. All necessary facilities were available, making my stay convenient and hassle-free. The staff were courteous and efficient, providing good services throughout my visit. The location of the hotel is excellent, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities, which added to the convenience of my stay. In terms of value for money, Residhome Nice Aéroport offered a reasonable rate for the quality and services provided.

I encountered a minor issue when I decided to extend my stay by one night. The cost for the additional night was significantly higher than the average nightly rate of my initial booking, which felt overpriced and a bit disappointing.

A deposit amount of 250€ was not mentioned while booking. Came to know only upon arrival. Lack of communication within the staff. Parking on the 5th floor in the adjacent public parking, very difficult for mid sized to large sized cars to manoeuvre. Before you could park your car, you have to temporarily park your car somewhere outside unattended, go to the reception, collect your parking card and only then you can enter the parking facility.
