The location is right next to the train station. I was able to get in the locked doors to get the keys since someone else was going in otherwise no too sure how one would get in. The room was large with a large balcony. It had everything I wanted in the kitchen. Nice to have a kettle. The aircom worked well and was not noisy. The rooms were quiet and I did not hear anyone in the rooms next to me.There is a grocery shop very close that is open late. There is a laundry room and a dryer which is very useful.

The area around has a lot of unsavory people I was asked for money a number of times including in the grocery shop, but I do not think the owners can do much about that. It is a problem a lot of railway stations have.

Literally a couple of minutes from the bus and train station where the shuttle bus from the airport drops you off. The balcony faces the sun from midday onwards. To empty the trash for the last day there are bins on the -1 floor on the left hand lift of two. Nice electric rolling shutters that totally block out and light for bedtime. There is a fast food restaurant next to the building a bit like McDonald's.There's a McDonalds and Aldi around a 15 minute walk away. There's also a decent supermarket that is branded a "U".To find go through the train station and turn right to the next main road on the left by the traffic lights and it is about 4 minutes walk on the right.

Ease of access, location, balcony, quiet zone

Very small matters! Needed more dish soap, just one little envelope provided. Ratty Teflon pan shouldn't be used. Table awkward under wall cubby. Didn't know where to go with garbage - but had a chance to mention that it should be included in instructions, and cleaning lady was very kind about taking it for me. Would stay again for sure.

- no table on terrace (room 623) - due to weekend there was no permanence, in case of emergency you had to call booking.com. when there is no front desk help available at least somebody should be available by cell phone. In hospitality mangement is this an absolute must. This is what i always do to with my clients, since I am an airbnb host myself.

Location, very close to all transport and walked to all the main attractions.Bus to Pont Du Gard 121 was right outside our door, a highlight of our stay -Aquaduct/swimming was incredible!

No air conditioning, even in the evenings with doors and windows open to allow the cooler breeze in , it was still quite muggy in or room, despite the ceiling fan as well.

Great position for trains and buses and walk to Nimes centre not too far. Comfortable accomadation but could do with some extras.

Lack of communication with staff who were not available very often, re check in and extra linen. No sign of any service persons. Dishwashing liquid supply only enough for a couple of washes, hence dishes not that clean.

I loved the atmosphere in the building, the gym and the common area. I liked the surrounding area, which is modern and close to the station as well as to the center of Nimes. The apartment is new and modern, the terrace at the last floor is very nice and the fact that it is facing North gives a very nice relaxing light through the day. The size of the apartment was good (we had a one-bedroom apartment with a living room). The manager was attentive and helpful.

The apartment was definitely not clean. The kitchen was really small and the table was too small. Also there was no desk in the living room which was not ideal since I was working remotely. Luckly the manager agreed to bring a small table from the common area.

I liked everything about this place. The location is excellent: only 50 meters from the Nîmes train station, and close to a market and eateries. The staff were friendly and helpful. The studio had more than enough space for a single traveler, looked fresh and cheerful, and had a high-tech fan that kept the place cool (though I stayed in late September, when it was no longer hot). And the price was excellent. I would gladly stay here again.

Could not fault my stay here. Location was amazing literally across the road from the train & bus station & walking through the train station brings you into the city centre. Room was fantastic with kitchen facilities & ;there was also continental breakfast available downstairs. Would highly recommend staying here.

This accommodation exceeded our expectations. It was perfectly located just a 3min walk outside the Nimes train station. The room was only a year or two old and had a well functioning kitchenette to do your own cooking. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom well appointed. You even got your own balcony overlooking the square below. The wifi was super fast (>100mbps). We were also able to get a free breakfast on weekdays as well, which was a pleasant surprise. Hary, our host was a lovely guy as well. Overall outstanding value for money.

The check in process was a little unclear. This hotel is part of student accommodation complex and you require a key card to enter the building. Make sure that you have organised a time with Hary to meet, otherwise you won't be able to get in.
