Situated in the city center at the edge of a car free zone. The parking garage is across the street in public parking garage. Normally 21,50 per day, but with discount by Appart City for 15 euro. At check-in, received a city map with explanation of the must see attractions and a list with restaurant recommendations (these were also rated high by tripadvisor). Very nice staff, speaking English very well. Very comfortable beds (the best during a 2 week trip). Very silent air-conditioning in room. Vending machine for drinks in hallway. Monoprix supermarket and bakery within 5 min walking.

Everything you need is in the room, but it is a bit basic for this price. I would stay again

Extremely well located. Short walking distance to train station and shops and restaurants. Room was large enough for 2 people with integrated and well equiped kitchenette. Petit salon at our door which makes us feel at home. Gym is basic and in good functioning order. Self service laundry is modern and only work via an app on phone. Tradional Laundrette available at walking distance from the hotel otherwise. *Please note: Environment adequate for people on the spectrum of autism : quiet, spacious not visually too overwhelming, location facilitates independent skills.

Room in needs of TLC/fresh painting and repairs to keep standards as a 4 stars hotel. Ditch the deep and long bathtub in profit of modern 'italian shower' . Facilities are located down the basement and consequently you are welcome with a foul smell 🥴 No shelves to put groceries on...shame

The hotel was in an incredible location. We arrived by train and it was a 5 minute walk to the hotel. And, the Nîmes Arène is just across the street. The room was very clean, and it was nice to have a little kitchenette. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. We chose to have the breakfast and we were not disappointed. It had fresh eggs, breads and croissants, cheeses and meats, yogurt, fresh fruit, and more. What a wonderful place!

The bed was too hard for us, and the pillows were too soft.

The location was great! Nimes is a small town so everything was within walking distance. The train station was less than a 10 min. walk to the hotel and the Arena is only a few min walk from the hotel. There are so many cute little shops and delicious restaurants close by. The woman that runs the breakfast area was so sweet and a hard worker, constantly refilling everything so there was plenty of options constantly. The front desk staff was also very helpful- especially when we did our laundry and the machines wouldn’t work for us.

The only complaint we have is the AC was turned off and the solution was “open a window if you want the room cooler”. It was perfect weather at least so opening the window was refreshing but mosquitoes got inside.

The location was excellent , very close to major sights , shops , restaurants and train and bus stations. The apartment was well fitted out with everything needed . The bathroom was large with a seperate shower and bath and the balcony was spacious. Everything was clean and there was plenty of storage space. Good value for money. Staff were friendly and always someone available. Very helpful with information and booking restaurants.

The beds were a little narrow and you couldn't put a glass of water on the bedside furniture as they were slightly curved. The breakfast is a bit basic and over priced.

Great hotel, friendly staff, the breakfast was very good and varied. I was using a rental car and could park in an underground garage right across the street. The hotel offered a cheaper way to park there with a pass so that was great! The room was super nice and airconditioned, high ceilings, nice bed, great bathroom, no complaints whatsoever :)

The room was spacious and had a little balcony just big enough to stand on. It is only a five minute walk from the station. If you are coming on the airport shuttle you will be dropped off at the back of the station. Walk right through to the front of the station, cross the road and then straight up the wide main road and it is at the end of the road round the corner. It faces on to a lovely park with a beautiful fountain. Just across the park is the Arena De Nimes. The reception staff were really helpful supplying a street map and useful information about Nimes.

We were there for four nights and although we didn't expect the room to be cleaned we would have liked one change of our towels. Perhaps we should have requested that at reception.

We loved the location and within a five to ten minute stroll to the centre of the old town and all attractions. Close to the train station also. The bedding was super comfy which is rare to find in a hotel. The staff were especially courteous and helpful! Shoutout to Sandra with the lovely touch of a British accent and humour!! Hope you have restocked the gin!! ;) Also to Emmaline for her kind patience and back and forth messages before our late arrival.

Perhaps the only negative was the breakfast on offer. A little below par. More variety on offer?

the lifts are extremely slow , very hot corridors, and only one water dispenser in the first floor

The hotel is an easy walk from the train station with our suitcases. Our room was a huge apartment, very comfortable with views across the large city square, and we used laundry facilities on a lower floor. The hotel staff are friendly, and we noticed quite a few pets staying. Nimes is an amazing city and is full of surprises.

The bathroom had two showers, one was above a tub, the other had a floor waste and it flooded a little if you weren't careful. Other than that, the room was excellent.
