Fully renovated and large bathroom Air-conditioning was very strong and cold Staff are all wonderful, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very worth it for the price. Plenty of hot and cold dishes. Although I'm vegan and gluten free there were options, including soy and almond milk and fruit pots without yoghurt. Bed was comfortable even though the room seemed small, it was perfect for one night. Very close to the ancient ampitheatre (100m walk) which was great as I was there for an event finishing at 1:30am, and felt very safe walking home alone.

Great staff, cheerful and helpful. The price is good for a hotel in the middle of the city. The location is excellent, near the fascinating Roman Theatre, with loads of parking just out front. The rooms are small and in particular the toilet is tiny. If I was any taller, I would have had problems sitting down. And finally one of my pet peeves, big overstuffed pillows. Hard on the neck and very uncomfortable. But overall I would happily recommend this hotel.

Our stay in Orange was fantastic. We enjoyed every minute of it. The hotel was comfortable and clean. Spacious and nicely decorated. And we appreciated the air conditioner too.

There is no fridge in the rooms (or there wasn't one in ours) and with the hot weather in August, we couldn't keep any beverage cold for when we return to our room. The rooms are spacious enough to have a fridge but I dont know why not!

Nice room and bathroom, pleasing features, quiet - we had a good nights sleep, fun decor throughout the hotel, exceptional breakfast, great to have secure parking. Friendly staff, really helpful - our car was parked for us and when leaving it was brought out as part of the service. We will certainly return, have already booked!

The breakfast choice was great, but we missed having some seeds and raisins to add to the oats for our cereal.

Helpful and welcoming staff. Although we didn't have a dog, I appreciated that this hotel is dog friendly. Great location, with the old town and its attractions on the doorstep, plus easy access by car and parking too. Having the restaurant and bar on the premises was a blessing on a cold Monday evening in February, when most other restaurants were closed. Quirky decor and very friendly.

We booked a room with a terrace, which it had, but it was narrow, with a high wall, so no views.

Great budget hotel with a few surprises. Cannot recommend highly enough. Its not the Ritz so set expectations accordingly. Its a fine local hotel with quaint not opulent rooms. A perfect stay on a budget. Local Beer and food must be tried

The room was clean and had everything you need but best suited to a short 1 or 2 night stay. A couple of english speaking TV channels for news would be nice.

The hotel staff was very accommodating offering us a better room and reserving parking for our car. Our room was spacious and clean. Our breakfast was enjoyable and they served until 10:30 on a week day. Location is especially good on Main Street and minutes from Roman ruins.

I would like to have seen more variety of items at breakfast, especially fresh fruit.

This hotel has a specific character, with every room decorated individually. It's a totally different experience than staying in those modern hotel chains.

My room was overlooking the internal patio where the staff was delivering the restaurant supplies, so it was a bit loud at times.

The breakfast was excellent, we were also pleased to have secure parking. This hotel is a fun place to stay at, the decor is so intriguing and very French and it is in a good quiet location for a good night's sleep.

The bathroom has everything you need, but the shower could be improved, it relies on a curtain so, it is hard to keep the rest of the floor dry.

The armchairs in our room (30) were already very worn. The carpet in the room was also well worn and could be replaced soon.
