Villa Agrippa is a true gem! Perfectly located, a quiet oasis and yet walking distance to everything, easy access to roadways and highways, absolutely beautiful property and grounds ; our room was spotless, well-appointed and even had a view of the Roman Arc de Triomohe! Astride, our hostess , was so gracious and helpful with recommendations; the breakfast is hearty and outstanding, and there are great amenities like parking, a lovely pool, and coffee and beverage bar. The Villa is the stuff of Provençal dreams and the perfect base from which to explore the region. What a wonderful stay!!

Nothing, it was absolutely perfect!

The location, right by the triumphal arch in Orange, is fantastic. You can swim in the pool and look at a Roman ruin, not many hotels can say that. The house itself is beautiful and has been sensitively refurbished. The garden is also lovely for lounging. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom is very well designed. The owner, Astrid, was very friendly and kindly let me check-in a little early, for which I was immensely grateful in 40 degree heat.

We would have preferred a buffet-style breakfast so we could have a bit more individual choice. I also found the air-conditioning in the bedroom rather loud, even with earplugs, and somewhat tricky to use.

The property was well placed for visiting Orange or for an overnight stay not far from the motorway. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was delicious and the pool was refreshing after a long drive.

Nothing. We were in the attic room which has no view but this was clear on the room description and the air con was great, even at >35 degrees outside.

Absolutely incredible. The villa itself is beautiful and so tastefully decorated. The location is perfect, overlooking the Arc De Triomph and just a short walk to the town which has many wonderful shops, bars and restaurants. The host Astrid was a really gentle, unobtrusive host who served us an exceptional breakfast of fresh breads, fruit, cheese, ham, orange juice and coffee all on the beautiful outdoor terrace overlooking the Arc and the swimming pool. Our only regret was not staying for longer. Highly recommend.

What a lovely place to stay. The villa is very pretty and has lovely gardens and a terrace to have a drink or to take breakfast. The pool area is well maintained and quiet. There is a bar area where you help yourselves to drinks and snacks and jot it down on a pad. The two ladies working were friendly and helpful. They are not there all the time but serve breakfast. Easy walking distance into the centre. Plenty of parking.

We really loved Villa Agrippa but weren't too keen on our room location. It was an attic room with a steep metal staircase leading up to it. The room only had two velux windows so no view and was dark. Bathroom had no ventilation either. That said it was a comfortable room & good size bathroom but an original bedroom would have been nicer with windows and a view. We will return but will make sure our room is not the attic one.

The location is great, easy 10 minute walk to center ville Orange and Theater. Super secure location, enclosed yard with pool! Room super duper comfy with great bed and coverts, awesome bathroom with separate WC. Incredible breakfast, perfectly served inside or out on the terrace overlooking the pool. If I could have a house somewhere in France, it would be a house like this one!

Liked everything; nothing to not to like!

Villa Agrippa is located next to Orange's beautiful Roman triumphal arch, which is in a quiet neighbourhood 10 minutes walk from Orange's centre. Orange is not a big city - it's a town with a centre that you can easily walk around - it's all flat. Astrid, the owner of Villa Agrippa, is responsive and charming. The villa is spacious and airy and light and immacuately clean and recently refurbished. Decor is light in tone and uncluttered. Breakfast was a croissant, bread, jams and honey, fruit salad and fresh cheeses and plenty of coffee. All very pleasant and nice. It's a B&B not a luxury hotel so expectations should be for this. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect maison d'hôte in a central location and lovely house. Very quiet rooms. The staff was very nice and helpful: the breakfast was small but enough. Walking distance from the old part of Orange.

The pool is the size of a pond so not very engaging for swimming.

The pool and gardens were beautiful, everything was classy and sophisticated but not snobby. There was an honour bar with some wine, spritzers and snacks. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The location was excellent!

Amazing house, room and common areas are stunning and spotless. Pool was small but perfect for what we needed (to cool down) lovely gardens and we were kept entertained watching the robot cut the grass!
