Very clean very well looked after comfortable beds, nice bedrooms. Breakfast was great. Good location. Near metro. Staff all helpfully with English.

Why are there so many people smoking in Paris! Awful. The nearest cafe smoke did waft past us sometimes and into bedrooms. Small breakfast area but not an issue to us, options and food great!

Location was good. Room was small but space was used well. Bathroom was clean and appeared to have been remodeled in recent years. The breakfast included all that we needed. There was an extra charge for breakfast but it was reasonable. The woman who prepared the breakfast buffet made sure everything was ready, and that tables were cleared promptly and made ready for additional guests. She was a lovely hostess for guests.

Hoteks are expensive in Paris and space is very limited, especially in areas that are conveniently located. More space in rooms would be nice but I don't know how it could be provided.

We have stayed in the hotel for 5 days including weekends. Great location, easy to get to the key sites of Paris, lots of metro stations for different lines, bus stops and train station across the road which didn't didn't disturb the night at all no matter day of the week. Rooms are not large but good size and I enjoyed Vincent van Gogh pictures on the wall :-)

Breakfast area is quite small, only two people at the time can pick breakfast for that reason no omlet or fried eggs available, only boiled eggs. Coffee is good and we enjoyed other breakfast bits.

very nice place! we booked it last minute in pouring rain, so i didn't really check other than overall reviews, so it was a very pleasant surprise! we got a small room -perfectly enough as we only spent time there to sleep- and a huge bathroom that was AMAZING! Very clean place, the breakfast was also excellent (with mini bonne maman jams for the croissants which are my fav <3). overall perfect stay, we'd def come back here if we're in paris again.

Lovely boutique hotel in the heart of Paris opposite St. Lazare train and Metro station. Perfect location. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and always greeted us with a smile and perfect English, which was a big plus. The rooms were a decent size for the center city location and the bathrooms were completely up to date with standard or rain shower heads. Very clean too. A great continental breakfast was provided either in the breakfast room or could be taken to your room. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Hotel is in good neigborhood,many small take out restaurants, 100m from metro exit. ST Lazare. ..Noise is normal...street view and construction work below.But with closed windows very peaceful in room..Room is tiny,bathroom also,bed was approx 150wide but very good. Clean perfect,2 towels per person per day.. Breakfast is in tiny dining room..surprisingly good and rich.(for our taste).Cannot say do they make warm breakfast,like omellett,sausages,cause no one asked for it.Coffeee machine good. Bathroom new,shampoo,soap.. Fridge and safe is in room. Luggage can be left ..

I think this hotel had one of the best services for cleaning I have ever seen. Every day my room was cleaned, that it looked like it was after checking in. The staff was extremely friendly and trying to help whenever I needed something. Breakfast is nice. Quite simple, but everything had good quality. The location is perfect, hard to imagine a better one. And for the area near a big railway station I have to admit it was a clean and safe zone.

The hotel in an ideal location - in a walking distance from Palais Garnier, Montmartre, Galeries Lafayette. Nearby train station, subway and bus stop. Nice pizzeria just around the corner. Cozy room, perfect beds, kettle and tea/coffee, fridge in the room. Good breakfast. Staff very kind, everything perfectly clean.

If you're a 100+ kg person or travel with lots of suitcases then probably this hotel isn't for you because everything is really tiny here.

Clean, updated. Much care taken. Great condition. Much thought about how to best use small space. Everything needed was provided. Big window that opens, with lovely curtains overlooking square. Fridge, safe, nice towels, coffee/tea. Friendly helpful staff.

Room small. Couldn’t bend over in shower stall to pick up a dropped bar of soap. But they had everything one could need or want. Bathroom mirror with built in light, ample towel racks, shampoo and body wash, paper cups, hair dryer.
