Good location, close to numerous restaurants and shops. Metro, bus, gare very close. For the parking they have a contract with a parking close by, it’s underground and secure, but of course you have to pay. For a weekend it was a good stay

The AC didn’t work, but they told us that after we pay for the check in. So they knew about the problem but they hide it from us, which is a bad thing. The breakfast is poor, and they have a small room, with couple of small tables. I don’t recommend to pay for breakfast !

The hotel was very central, clean , and the receptionist Justine was amazing and soo helpful. We were very grateful that there were lifts made carting our luggage so much easier. The house cleaning staff were very accommodating when asking for extra towels etc.

I thought the breakfast was not value for money, not any normal cereal, my husband asked for scrambled eggs and was handed a fried egg on a saucer, very unprofessional. Don’t waste your money as there are plenty of cafes around.

Great little hotel, well located near the metro. Very modern & clean - we had booked a deluxe room which I’d recommend, it was quite big for a Paris hotel room & with a large double bed. I’d also say it is very quiet…there were lots of other guests but heard nothing at all in terms of noise. The car park is a public car park just around the corner…I wouldn’t recommend driving to Paris (I needed to!) but if you do, this car park was convenient & the hotel gets preferential rates. Apparently there’s complimentary tea & coffee in the afternoon which wasn’t obvious but when we asked they made us tea & coffee. There’s a few lovely restaurants nearby too (Le Petit Romeo & L’Etincelle) which I’d recommend. Location is great, you can walk to the Louvre or Sacre Coeur in 30 mins but equally the metro is so near which is a blessing when you’ve walked miles already!

Breakfast was a disappointment….only one flavour of jam & only a fried egg - can’t be scrambled apparently! That’s our only ‘complaint’ - I’d definitely stay here again….I’m surprised this is only a 3 star hotel!

The location is in a really nice safe area and close by to several metro accesses with makes it easier to get around. But what I really loved about my stay at Villathéna is the staff, everyone was super helpful and friendly.

The size of the room is a but small and the bathroom functionality was not good. The glass shield for the bath had no purpose as it was on one side if the bath tub however the shower head itself was in the middle which made all the water to get out of the bath tub when you showered.

Our stay at Villathena was lovely - staff were very friendly and accommodating - nice wide variety of choices for breakfast - central location, close to buses, trains and shopping - would stay at Villathena again if i return to Paris

The staff was amazing, they were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was nice, the room was clean and the bed was big and comfortable. The rooms are street facing but you couldn't really hear any traffic. And the location was excellent. All the public transport was easily accesible, and there are great restaurants and bakerys around.

The room is small with little storage space but reading the comments it is everywhere in Paris.

From the moment we arrived at Hotel Villathena we were greeted by very welcoming receptionists, the check in was seamless and we could not have asked for a better welcome. The hotel is in a great location offering easy navigation to the north of the city near Moulin Rouge and the lively, cafe and restaurant filled 9th Arr (15 mins walk). Heading towards the Louvre (30 mins walk) you meander through the shopping area dotted with the Dior, Cartier, Chanel and so many more. We had a front facing (street) room, which was lovely and quiet on an evening (very late evening as we were out until midnight and beyond most evenings) Mornings were equally as quiet and the window/door overlooking the street is double glazed making it very soundproof. The interior of the room was very clean and well presented. Very minimal with high ceilings the queen sized bed offered a good night's rest. The bathroom had a shower and sink and again was very clean and well presented. The toilet was a separate room and again very clean. We were offered the morning breakfast options but we chose to experience some of the cafes in and around the area for coffee and a croissant (or scrambled eggs) On leaving the hotel the checkout service was exceptional and as we had a few hours left in the City the reception staff offered to hold our luggage until later. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay in the Hotel. Absolutely fantastic from start to finish.

I honestly could not think of one thing that could have been better. Im sat here at the computer now thinking if we had any issues or if there was a time when we were not acknowledged by a member of the team but they seriously was not.

Staff were amazing and so kind , provided us with details on how to use the metro and bus system . The location was amazing and very confident for public transport and also walking if you felt up to it . My partner and I waked to the Effiel tour and it took us 45/50 mins for reference

There was construction outside of our hotel so a little noisy but not the hotels fault . And the bathroom was a little small but nothing inconvenient.

Staff is very helpful, especially Jaya was great at taking care of us during breakfast. The room was neat and was cleaned everyday.

This was not the hotel fault, but i guess booking.com's. I booked it for 2 adults and 1 child, but at the hotel it was only for one child, so i had to pay extra if i waned extra bed and breakfast. i paid for breakfast.

The location was perfect for my work. The room was very comfortable and I had a peaceful night’s sleep. I will definitely be back.

I would have liked to have been able to order a small hot snack in the evening.
