We booked two apartments (5 + 4 people) and both were very good. The beds were super comfy! They had enough utensils, bathrobes and a safe as well. The receptionists were very friendly, could speak English very well and could help us with all our requests. The hotel is also located very well in Paris, you can reach any destination easily with the Metro, Busses and RER! Next time we will definitely be booking this hotel for sure, we really enjoyed our stay here! Disneyland is also only about 45-50min away from here when you take the RER A from the Auber station. Oh and the Galerie La Fayette is only 3min by foot and we definitely recommend going to the rooftop for that amazing view, the access is free.

The building is right next to a RER station and hence it always smells like piss in the street, which also goes to the lobby, but not in the apartments. There are also homeless people sleeping a few meters away from the hotel, but no one ever disturbed us and even at night it was quiet. The apartments are also a bit small, I’m 190cm and had to be careful in the shower and stairs not to hit my head. There is a dishwasher, but no soap for it, so we just washed the plates by hand, maybe they have it at the reception. We only ate once in the apartment, so we didn’t bother asking.

Location, location, location for so many reasons; Kitchenette facilities within the room; Sofa bed for our daughter was ready and made when we arrived - we didn’t have to do anything; All staff (behind the desk and maintenance) very friendly and helpful; Power shower

Husband didn’t find the bed comfortable; it would have been nice to sleep in a double instead of 2 singles pushed together.

Perfect location, comfortable and clean enough room, incredibly friendly and helpful personnel.

There was only one little unpleasant detail: after a visit of cleaning staff we found our nightgowns crumpled together with a bedcover on a chair.

The staff were all very helpful and courteous. The rooms were exactly as on Booking -- very nice & equipped, as I needed. The hotel is VERY centrally located, with everything you need close by!

I'd read in earlier comments that there was a nasty smell when entering the lobby, & unfortunately it was still there. The trash wasn't emptied every day, The breakfast was quite nice, but often the foods & hot dishes were not refilled.

Awesome location, 5 min walk to Opera, 2 mins to large stores. Large number - two large rooms with AC. Kitchen - not large, but comfortable. Fast internet connection.

Kitchen - maybe, it would be nice to add at least a capsule coffee machine rather than "3 in one" coffee sachets, as well as sugar and salt. It seems that nothing bad is remembered anymore. ;)

Perfect location! It's the perfect place to stay when you're traveling in a larger group. The rooms are large and there's a 24-hour reception.

We stayed on the 6th floor, and the elevator wouldn't go all the way up. But, other than that, I would definitely stay there again.

LOCATION!!! Big room, big comfortable king bed, kitchenette. VERY nice helpful front desk. A block from great shopping, great bus routes. Walk to Louvre, Opera... Easy to overlook the short comings for the good.

House keeping was abysmal, spotting. They did not replenish coffee, TP, shampoo towels etc without asking front desk -- everyday. They say that they change sheets every four days, but they don't. Sofa bed was extraordinarily uncomfortable for sitting. No real AC. Very noisy across from delivery docks for department stores at 5am. And the place shows the wear and tear. Bathroom was sketchy.

We have been using this hotel for many years. We are very pleased with its central location, the smiling faces of the staff and their positive approach.

I couldn’t get a receipt for my stay. I like to know what I’ve been charged. Apparently, because I booked through a third party I couldn’t get one!

rooms were great. it was bigger than expected. clean and friendly staff and great location near shopping and train.

the kitchenette was a little smaller than expected but certainly worked for us.
