The location is great, on a wide leafy boulevard with a central strip park, very close to several Metro stations, with plenty of supermarkets in the immediate area and a short stroll to the Marais and the Bastille. There's also a good open air food market on certain days just a couple of hundred metres from the hotel by the Breguet-Sabin Metro station. The hotel was quiet, both inside and out, and we slept very well. Our third floor studio and was bright and spacious, with two large windows facing out onto the garden area. Decorated in neutral tones, it was well equipped and spotless with oceans of storage space. The kitchen/dining area was also well equipped and included a toaster, electric kettle, hob, microwave, diswasher and fridge. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The bathroom was compact but with a nice wide, deep bathtub and an over bath shower. Free tea and coffee was available from the lobby 24/7. We enjoyed our four night stay and really liked the neighbourhood and the ease of getting about Paris from there, so would be very happy to stay here again on our next visit.

The bathroom seemed a bit worn compared to the rest of the studio. There seemed to be shortage of staff on the reception desk when we checked in and checked out. On arrival we queued to check in with only one person on reception. At check out, we found the receiption unattended despite arriving at reception about 20 minutes before the latest check out time and had to wait about 15 minutes before someone came to attend to us (and only after a passing maintenance staff member spotted us and went to get someone to attend to us).

The staff was amazing, they could be the most friendly, kind and helpful people in Paris ☺️ even in our vacation and after. I forgot some of my stuff there and they did their best to communicate with me. During our stay, the room was spacious, especially for Paris and close to the main metro station. The balcony was very tiny and the bathroom needed to be redecorated, but we didnt care much about it, though they were efficient.

The cleaning done during our stay could be beter. Sheets and towels were very clean, the only thing is I think they vacuumed before the sheets change because there were dust blobs in the corner, I assume they were from the sheets and guilts cotton

The location is very good. 10 minutes walk from a lively area full of restaurants, bars, sightseeing. 10 minutes walk from 3 different metro stations on different lines. Good provisions like in the kitchen and iron/ironing board. We liked the free coffee on tap.

The aircon was wholly inadequate during the very hot spell we were having and little sleep was had. The apartment seems tired with lots of knocks and bangs. The shower didn't work properly. Why can't European venues offer internet TV so that we can watch TV that is not dubbed or only in native language? Paris was very busy at the time we were there although it was the end of the season, so the price was very high.

The room was clean and came with a small kitchen which we used frequently. The hotel is secure with a electronic key (credit card size) required to enter the lobby and also to enter your room. Bus 69 which goes along the right bank by the Seine River has a stop right across the street and Metro 5 and 8 are each about a 4 minute walk so transportation is simply and convenient. There are several supermarkets within a 5 minute walk. If you are there on Thursday or Sunday morning, DO NOT MISS the Marche de Bastille a five minute walk south. All the fresh vegetables, fish, meats, cheeses, clothing and other items for sale that one could need.

The room was large, quite, big windows. Only few minutes walk from great restaurants and cafes definitely good value for money

We asked in advanced for high floor and they put us in 2nd floor. we asked to change room but the hotel was fully booked so they couldn’t let us. The room looks bigger in the pictures but it was still big comparing to other hotel rooms in Paris

I had a good stay in CItadines Basstille hotel.The room had a good size and kitchen had necessary equipments.The hotel was not a luxurious one ,but you could find everything you need in your room.Air conditioning worked very well and bed was comfortable.There was a very good supermarket near the hotel and metro station was accessible by two minutes of walking.

The elevators worked a bit slowly but everything was good.

The bath tub was very slippery and dangerous. We stayed 6 nights but our room was serviced after the first night, but not after that which was weird. I had trouble even getting clean towels ,the housekeeping lady actually snapped at me when I asked for clean towels and she refused to give me a bath mat. Perhaps this is a normal thing in Paris ??? We had just spent 8 nights in London and our room was serviced every single day.

Good size apartment in a good location. Staff were helpful at all times.

I requested separate beds for my friend and I. It was offputting when the two separate beds were made up as one. It would have been nice if we had not had to make the two beds up ourselves ( housekeeping staff were not on duty when we arrived.) I find it hard to believe that the Citadines have never been asked to make up the 2 beds as separate beds with 2 x 2 sets of sheets, but staff on duty at the time didn't seem to understand what we wanted without us having to go into a long and detailed explanation.

The room, desk, and small kitchen were good. The terrace view onto the street was nice.

There was no terrace furniture, no table & chairs, as shown in the photos - and the terrace is not wide enough to put the dining table chair outside. Also - the AC was not working in the room, the switch turned on a fan, but no AC... luckily it was not too hot during our visit, but the room did get stuffy, so the windows needed to be opened, which is loud traffic noise (why so many sirens all week, must be normal)

The apartments where we stayed were similar to photo, having two rooms - bedroom with double bed and living room with 1 sofa which can be set as two separate beds (twin beds). There are small kitchen with small fridge, dishwasher, microwave. Bathroom and toilet are separate. There are also stuff for ironing. So it corresponds to description. Overall it left a good impression, but furniture especially in bathroom were not in a good shape. Workers were nice and kind, we always got our questions answered. We appreciate breakfasts - enough of tasty food, unlimited water, tea and coffee.

We stayed for 4 days and there were no cleaning (they warned us during check in, but I don’t really appreciate the situation), there is no sleepers in our room.
